Oh my god those eyes, yes
And her right arm is a bit too... Bent. Bones don't work that way.
Oh my god those eyes, yes

They both said "HER right arm".
wait why the fuck is there a slit where her... oh my
Lets just say both arms. Her Uzi arm is bent too far back, and the other one is a little off in several ways. Can't really explain in.
This is probably kind of Off-Topic but it does have to do with something I'm trying to draw.
Does anyone know of any decent software that shows the human anatomy and muscles interactively, I've found quite a few like Visual Body etc but that software and many others is either quite pricey or doesn't allow you to manipulate muscles, in otherwords I want to be able to position the arm and see how the muscles move as a result.
I will pay for the software if I have to, it's just this Visual Body software seems to have very little features that I can't already find on a free piece of software or on an iPad app for $2.
BioDigital Human may help you out, Comrade above! It's free!

Thank you good sir.
One of my final pieces for my art GCSE last year.
^
Holy crap that's damn impressive for GCSE level.
Thanks! The theme was 'Animals' so it was pretty broad. All in all I think it took about 20 hours![]()
Valentino Rossi
so far 4 hours 1 brush

You said you were going away
No need to fuck with that plan, it was going smashingly until now
Don't forget that arms have bones in them, at the moment her right arm is broken. There should always be a thick straight line applicable from the base of the elbow to the wrist, the exterior curves come from muscles
I try not to judge art by time spent on it, but holy shit 20 hours is a bit much.
I was kind of afraid to but here's pretty much my first ever attempt at digital painting and serious tablet use ever. I referenced a sketch by Hawt Koffee whom I've already gotten some advice from.
Some advice would be great because I really don't know anything about digital painting past the "101" series on CtrlPaint
i did some sketchinin and some sketchalin
Edited:
and now i feel immediately guilty for that left hand, fuck
It's a good idea to first block in your base colors first (on separate layers if preferred) before you start working on the values b/c generally, it's faster since your mind would be focused on one step at a time such as lineart>blocking in colors>values.
Great work so far =] it's coming along swell~
Ra's Al Ghul from Batman Begins.
Greatet in HeroMachine and edited in Photoshop (color, background, light and shadows)

Reminds me the slightest bit of that guy from Courage the Cowardly dog.
Return the slab, or suffer my curse
Mainly in body shape though, I love the way it looks.
this is not good, you just edited a generated character very poorly
please stop posting it
I do not deny that the character is generated by the program.
And if you can do it better - try it.
You can't tell a movie critic to try making a better movie; that's not an argument that works.
I can clearly tell if there is poop in my waffles; if the chef asks me to make waffles without poop in them to see if I could do any better I just might be able to; and that's beside the fact; the waffles have poop in them.
rofl, if i can do better than a program doing all my work for me?
pretty sure every single regular poster in the thread can do better than a program doing it for them

what a terrible attitude dude
let me bequeath the age old retort unto you: you do not need to make a good film
to know when a film stinks
rusty did i do better

man that took way longer than it should have I apologize
though to be fair i don't think ive seen a depiction of ra's al ghul in like 6 years so i had to waste time GISing him
and no your picture doesn't count as a depiction of ra's
on an unrelated topic here's a piece i did with just some black ink and painted mostly with the bottom of a coffee cup

nice. strongly inspired by Ralph Steadman and his work on Fear and Loathing, i assume.
I like that. It's god a borderlands/Fear and Loathing in las vegas feel to it.
I'll pretend i'm surprised that someone already posted that.
gosh.
you guys tell me what this is
its balls
oh yeah and anything I should do to make it look better n stuff
Maybe some colour?
Like several different paints pouring onto the balls and blending together.
i still dont know if its going on a shirt or not, but if it is, then it'll have to be the least amount of colors possible
even with one other colour if you experiment with halftone you could make it much more interesting
i mean, it's cool and all, but it's just black goo dripping over balls, there's not really much to it.
also i would make sure that there's a suggestion of the entire shape underneath, like the 3rd one down on the left. to me the ones without any definition on the bottom just look a bit odd
Edited:
with 2 colours you can experiment with the black, the colour and the colour of the shirt
which gives you what, 6+ possibilities?
Looks fine for a T-shirt now. I'd buy it if I wasn't an artist and poor.
Hi. I'm 21 years old and I've been drawing since I'm 7 and learned to do so by myself by looking at others do it and references in books.
I just recently learned (4 years from now) to use digital means to polish some of my works and started to work a little more with ink too since I was always afraid to screw a pencil sketch with a twitch of my hand.
Here's a bit of the best I can do:
Pencil:
Ink:
Vector:
Misc:
Oh yeah; Ralph is one of my favorites. He's finally getting his own movie.
IM REALLY BAD AT USING MY TABLET

Thanks, I fixed it, now it looks better, but I won't post it here because it isn't a major change and I don't want you guys to feel like I'm doing the third coming of the rat/deer
thx worked super hard on it !!!
