Guys, I'm pretty sure that's a M320. Also, did some research and the one on the left is a laser targeting system, the one in the middle is a standard aiming reticule and the one on the right is the one that's attached to the actual M320.

You can probably put a Magpul rail cover there and it'd feel no different and you can change it for different styles and brands of rail covers to suit your preference.

that mag is waaayy too small to hold shotgun shells, and the ejection port is tiny

it's just a regular thompson with a cooler handguard and heatshield thing
