What is it?
A Expansion pack for everyone who wants to get a bit more up close and personal with their enemies. Includes 4 CQB oriented maps for you piss everyone the fuck off in with your explosives. New weapons, assignments and dogtags will be included but no details have been confirmed entirely.

Armoured Kill
Released: Fall 2012

What is it?
Armoured Kill focuses more on the vehicle combat aspects of BF3. It will provide new vehicles, and larger maps than Close Quarters. With a few maps hinted by DICE as being the biggest map in Battlefield history. Armoured Kill will bring new vehicles in the MBT category and mobile artillery to the field.

More information will come later.

Endgame
Released: Winter 2012

What is it?
Not the slightest clue at all. DICE haven't given any information out about the content of the DLC. We can only clench our buttocks and wait in anticipation.

Useful Tools:

Some friendly fellows called Realmware have created some lovely application to make BF3 more you. A settings editor to get at settings the game doesn't normally allow, a standalone Battlelog browser for when you don't want to start your main browser, and a fullscreen-windowed mode tool to remove borders. Check them out;

I wish they'd make Recon limited in some way, I hate it when my team is FULL of useless cunthole snipers. I want VOIP back. Carriers and airstrips should repair vehicles. I hate having to rely on engineers or myself to repair my heli, and landing a jet once disabled is impossible.

The lag in this game for me is ridiculous. I get 60+ fps most of the time so I know it isn't my computer and this is the only game that my internet causes lag. It makes it impossible to play either I'm lagging in game making me crash a plane into the ground or I get disconnected and half of the time the reason is "something went wrong" that message right there is infuriating

It's the same thing with career jet pilots how they are completely unstoppable, and have something totally retarded like 500 hours in a Jet. Seriously? Do they do nothing with their lives? Doesn't it get -slightly- boring to play the same game for days on end for months?

According to his stats, he'd have to of played about 5-6 hours EVERY SINGLE DAY since release to get that many hours of playtime.

Assuming he misses at least one or two days a week of gametime, you're looking at a full work-days worth of hours every weekday just playing Bf3

This will definitely make Helicopter VS Jet much easier, though its very likely the guy your trying to fight has flares.
