never buy matrix branded parts (well, never buy matrix brand anything unless you're 100% sure of the oem but w/e)

they're all 2x as expensive shs parts except for the motors which are aimtop

    Edited:

    also try a new bucking

MG36 or an M60E4 might be good for that. Alternatively, you could make a Shrike depending on how dedicated you are.

Or if you're suddenly full of dosh, get an MG42/MG3 because they're significantly cooler.

I have used Guarder clear in a cyma and got good results. Also systema bucking worked well.

Systema Shims (My personal favorite, very easy to identify which is which)

Clandestine is great, but he's not so hot on buckings, and doesn't carry any shims other than SHS, and I don't like SHS shims.

    shs shims have 0.1s, 0.15s, and 0.2s

and systema is sorely lacking in thin shims

    Edited:

    g&p shims still best though

I heard madbull hopup buckings help a lot with misfeeds.

    http://www.evike.com/product_info.ph...ducts_id=28918

http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?products_id=31362 still seems good, I cant really see a difference in shims due to them basically being precision made washers.

    http://www.evike.com/product_info.ph...ducts_id=26091 this air nozzle.

Basically, you're paying for a G&P, but getting low quality internals and externals as well as poor assembly.
Not sure if you'll need to be a member to read this, but here's one horror story:
    http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forum...0#entry2470825

Although you could get lucky on your King Arms, I've heard way more bad than good concerning their M4's.

On the other hand, here's G&P's MOE M4:
    http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwol...CQBR_Black.htm
Note that everything is the same or better, such as the magpul receiver and G&P's famous gearbox.
The only negative is that you have to pay hong kong shipping prices which would run you up another $70-$80, but that would give you the same price as the King Arms MOE without any coupons.

    Edited:

Whoops, linked you to the CQBR, meant to throw this one out:

If they made Chinese replicas I would buy those but they don't.

For example, I would never buy Eagle or other real steel pouches while Condor still exists.

If I were to make an AOR1 loadout, I'd use Ebairsoft replica vests and pouches, not real-steel shit.

My friend has a old STAR M60 E4( I think) and put at least 14k (maybe more) rounds through it and it died on the day of blacksheep. I have seen a lot of reviews saying its a great gun, but, I'll do some more research and see if I can dig anything up.

My friends have owned a STAR SAW and an SL8, and both have been fucking awful. STAR was really good for creating new designs and gun models, but had a lot of really shitty internal setups, such as plastic gearboxes.
