The entirety of it. Is it Windows 7 with a longhorn theme, or longhorn itself? I'm very intrigued.
He's using my Longhorn theme: http://longhornfusion.deviantart.com/#/d54quc9 and Stardock's WindowFX for the animations. I don't know about the sidebar.

The CD Art on the desktop is CD Art Display with a custom theme, and then the taskbar pop-outs in the second screenshot are Bins

The old-style context menus and some of the other simple tweaks to explorer are done with Classic Shell

    Fonts are handled by MacType.

The only thing that's really closed about it is the Windows Store and it only has metro apps. I don't use metro apps so it doesn't bother me.

You may not use it. But it's still there. It shouldn't be there.

Then pretend it's not. I don't think Internet Explorer should be there but I don't avoid Windows because of it.

Windows 7 comes with a set of Windows games like Minesweeper and Solitaire. You never use them, but they're still there.

OH NO, BETTER AVOID THE ENTIRE OPERATING SYSTEM ALL TOGETHER.

What's funny is there's things I know you never use on your computer and I bet you that it's sitting there collecting dust. Regardless of whether you disagree with Metro or are morally opposed to things that are closed-source, you are completely capable of ignoring it.
