As contentless pageking, I demand your boxes.
Damnit I said boxes, Jackpody.
-For-show hydraulic rudder
-Sleeping compartment with top-deck access
-ACF armament (A pintle mounted MG or two)
-Real ACF Engine
-Real fin-enabled rudder
-Crates and barrels hanging off it
For a powerplant setup, may I suggest the use of dual large-displacement ACF V12s powering a few screws at a really low RPM through a gearbox? Would be satisfying hearing the V12s full-throttling it out to only 50 RPM at the propeller.
Also, about low gears in ACF: Does axis friction help at all with the problem of engine RPM jumping when it hits it's powerband? I'm sure the problem is a lack of drag on the output that's making the engine do that, but would axis friction provide drag in the right way?
Currently working on a huge post-apo truck... and currently the handeling is probably the best I've aquired on a truck.
it's just colormod
It's almost as if the shimmer has been taken off the car. Matte finish. Eww.
I have no idea what this is. I just started building. Powered by a 2.2L inline 6 with a 4 speed gearbox which is good for about 94km/h
edit: karbine that car is hot
That can't possibly be yours because trolls don't post meaningful or appropriate content.
It's very nice.
I like very much the exhaust out the side like that, it's a nice little gritty addon that makes the vehicle feel a tad more utilitarian. One thing I don't get is the transparent 'shield' type thing above the windscreen. I get that it's supposed to be a sun visor of some sort, but it just looks strange there, probably because it's too transparent.
WOW, do we actually get something else than trolling?
I do like your truck, great content.
Karbine those colors are rather, uh, bright. They clash even for a rally car. Like the akare idea revamp tho.
To be armed/ given functionality.
Some slooooow progress.
Roof will be hard to build. :c
Thought it was an Abrams
2x 500hp boxer engines
Nearly twice as fast as my old twin 24l Spitfire. I still have a problem with a bit of RPM fluctuation and I'm not sure how to fix it. Cruises at about 110kph-130kph or around 70mph and has excellent climb and maneuverability. Balto did the cockpit and wings, and I did the engines and fuselage
All gauges function and have a purpose
i stole that and flew it, and it was brilliant
Sexy. Propeller blades look very odd though.
Flying destroyer-weight airship (I'd come up with a name for it but I don't feel like it right now, plus it's not done). It flies now, and I've started adding weapons.
Since otherwise it'd be OMG OP NERF NOW, I've engineered a few weak spots to make it a bit more fair. That, and it's slow and cumbersome.
A: 105mm Howitzer (x2)
B: 50mm Autocannon (also x2)
C: Engine: What drives the propellers: Shoot here to make it go even slower (ie: not move at all).
D: Magazine: Filled with yummy candy: Shoot here to receive snacks (and a dazzling fireworks display).
E: The bridge. Duh.
F: 50mm Autocannon (x2) to be added
G: 105mm Howitzer (x2) to be added
H: Machine gun (one port/ one starboard) to be added.
Also, I need to work out how to make the guns less wobbly. I should probably invest in a different chip, actually.
Yes, definitely need a new chip; crashed the server the moment I started fiddling with the turrets.
More floaty stuff.
-Some sponson-mounted heavy machine guns, and maybe an MG on top.
Requires someone else to operate the main gun; WASD-aimed.
Alright, got to do a "guess the car" with just the vents and a part of the bonnet because building more to it will make it way too obvious. The rangers shows the full size when finished.
progress on a new car
Seeing as everyone's got their own tank nowadays, I figured it's about time I ought to roll one of my own off the assembly line.
Naturally, it's made of scrap metal and couldn't penetrate a piece of tin-foil. Or maybe it can, iunno, it's not done yet. It just does this weird thing where it leans to one side and I'm trying to fix it (not to mention making it... you know... work.)
