Should try and get those to work on ValveBiped, those animations would be awesome for a survival horror gamemode.
Anybody here working on porting the Gears of War 3 models to Gmod?
Hi somebody can help me to make this http://facepunch.com/threads/1175981 a ragdoll
It's not a request thread. You should post a request in "requests" section.
Oh sorry
Got the Flame Atronach working in source. I´m sorry, but it won´t be avaiable as playermodel or npc, since i had to change the skeleton to rig it properly. The flames are still not done yet.

I can do a Motion transfer if you wish to the Valve Biped Skeleton
I'd love that, thank you. Mainly I'm interested in the player animations and enemy animations.
Ported the CSGO UMP45 to CSS

Testing Dean's zombies.
Oh man the part where that zombie flew out the window, are they made out of Flubber?
Oh wow haha looks so cool but rediculous at the same time, gotta fix those ragdolls man!
Question: Did someone port the tribes ascend models and could someone link me to its thread?
Thanks!
Thanks!
whoa was that a resident evil map in your video rusty?
lol looks great, they just spazz the hell out when killed. Attack animation may need a bit of work. other than that its great!
Your safe houses are no longer safe once they figure out how to bounce!
Needs better blending between animations, and they should be flinching when they get shot, not sure how to do that though.
Remember that Chrysler Aspen that I ripped from Splinter Cell Conviction a while back? Well, I decided to go back to the model and after dicking around with the messed up axes, I decided "fuck it." and ripped the model in half and rebuilt it from the ground up. I took apart the generified front fascia and built a more authentic one, then I started upgrading the interior components. when I'm done it'll have a full gauge cluster, a full console setup, seatbelts, cupholders, and whatever else I can think of. I still need to make some new rims(the ones in place right now are placeholders from my S10 Blazer) and give it better texture work(just got newest photoshop via school, yay). Then with help from an old friend who's actually gone to school for 3D animation, It'll be rigged and animated. Hope I have the spare time.

I have a quick question . I want to try and port over buildings from ANNO 2070 but i dont know how to even look at them or find them
When i look in its folder it mainly has .rda files and .dll files . What are these ?
Dll's are dynamic link libraries so almost definitely no model or texture data.
The RDA's might be a package format though in which the meshes and textures are bundled though.
So how do i unpack them or extract the other files in them ?
He said "might be", I'm sure he doesn't know exactly what they are.
Just recently started learning how to rig. Right now I'm working on Mr. X from Operation Raccoon City.
Quick test pose I did. The rig is still a bit buggy, and I need to add face flexes, but it's coming along pretty nicely so far. Release coming soon!
The image isn't working for me.
EDIT: Ok now it is.
The Aspen now has badges, a more decked out interior, and new wheels that were created from the Blazer's.

Yes pm me them and ill see what i can do
Some LA Noire cars ripped by this guy, which I'm porting to Gmod. I haven't ported anything before so I'm still reading up on the material documentation, but I think they're nearly done.

Holy shit!
I almost choked on my biscuit.
If you can get this reference without the help of wikipedia, you get a cookie.
Can i have a cookie anyway?
Alright. Since no one seems to be getting this, I'll explain.
It's a reference to the Joel Schumacher film, Falling Down. In the film, Michael Douglas's character, William Foster, is a former member of the US Department of Defense. During his service he commissioned a set of vanity plates labeled "DFens" for his car. Since Third Echelon is part of the US Department of Defense through its parenting agency, the NSA, was created by the DoD, I thought to make a subtle reference to the film, since the only place you can find the Aspen in Splinter Cell Conviction is in the Third Echelon Parking Garage.
EDIT: Anyway, I'm now doing conversions of my aspen model into other vehicle models. Here's an early version of the '07 Durango:
My plans from here for this model: Make '07 Durango, then make '05 Durango, and finally make '04 Durango "Dude" concept.
UPDATE: The 2007 Dodge Durango is now complete.
