I actually likes Bella Omega before the fucked up the gen room. The old gen room was very well designed IMO. was great to defend, and attack.

Just played a round as tech on sunstar, spent the whole round dropping turrets on either side of our flag, occasionally stopping to check the generator and a last-second orbital bombardment multikill on the enemy flag base.
16 kills, 3400k experience with no vip/booster. Probably my best round yet.

After about 12 hours or so of non-stop Tribes action, I got the Light Bolt Launcher. Time to grind for the next weapon I will regret getting later.

Does the 60 dollars gold pack booster activates inmediatly?
Also I got 5990 exp on a round with booster, but, actually recieved 1000 exp , is that normal?

I didn't mean to say that.
If you buy the weapons right away, you chop some practice from your learning curve. Sure you will have some problems at first but you will get on the rails very quick unlike free players who will take a bigger learning curve in orden to get items.
I didn't say you go pay to win.

Does anybody record Tribes gameplay? I want to do that, but Fraps uses like 1 gb for 30 seconds of video.

Katabatic and Crossfire are my favourite maps and I hate Drydock more than Temple Ruins, juggerfats are always spamming the flagstand and it's annoying as hell.

Sometimes I hate Crossfire.
Drydock indoors are the best if you are playing any heavy class in defence.

Fraps is lossless, just compress it after you've done.

I generally like the maps that are easy to use a vehicle in.
Crossfire is alright, though I wish I could walk around for a minute in my base without fear of getting raped by Pathfinders, Raiders, and Infiltrators.
The only part about Drydock I don't like is the spawn points. I'm blowing up shit from the center cliff and then I die, and then I spawn in that tower on the lower side. Its a bitch to get up since its all uphill.
Katabatic is kinda annoying because it isn't mirrored. And the generator is impossible to defend.
Arx Novena is fun but the flag point always gets bombed/defended. I wish it were more open like Katabatic's.
Temple Ruins needs some revamps. Someone bought a Shrike and flew to the top of the cliffs in the center and bombed us and our turrets forever when he bought an inventory station. Also the generator room is impossible to enter when the flag holder is there.
Sunstar is pretty cool. I don't like the spawn points though. I'll be an infiltrator camping the idiot snipers on the spawn furthest away from the base, and when I get off of it to recharge cloak, not even 10ft away, people keep spawning.

Drydock is my fave, but it's a bitch to record on because fraps spazzes out anytime a ship flies above.
Katabatic is also great. Crossfire can end up in a camp fest sometimes, so it varies whether it's good or not.

Arx novena. I know is very spammy but for me at least is quite good.

they really need nerf some automatics, like infiltrators smg, sentinel smg, jugg machinegun.
