In all honesty, Jugger needs love too.
Not in a way that would improve his current abilities, but something that would promote a different gameplay style other than spamming mortars/mirvs.

Doombringer also needs a pistol as a secondary replacement for the Sabre Launcher because I hate running out of ammo as doombringer when I'm harassing cappers.

It would be neat if it was a semi-auto pistol with damage slightly lower than Nova Colt. Something like Tribes universe equivalent to a Desert Eagle in .50 AE.

anyone else noticing a bad hit detection on melee? sometimes i can hit someone before they're even close to me but if im running behind someone who hasnt noticed me yet i struggle to hit

I wouldn't say bad hit detection, but definitely a delay between the motion of the sword/claws and the hitmarker/bump the person gets.

I am starting to hate this game so much, spend 50$ on it and just realised how all 100000 xp weapons are straigt upgrades.

He needs a dummy-fire rocket launcher that does considerably less damage than Saber.

wow, really? I really don't think the weapons are worth spending that much on. If you really wanted them so bad you should of just got a booster.

This. A 30-day booster will get you more points than you will ever need. I got a 10-day booster and it already payed for itself threefold.

It depends on your play style, they promote different styles but hardly any seem like a total upgrade all the time, it's dependant.
I.e. Bolt launcher - Total upgrade if you're a chaser, but if you're a capper? Nope.
X1 LMG - If you're outside mortaring a base? again, a massive upgrade, but if you're inside the Spinfusor is better.
Even the Tech thumper - Amazing indoors, but outdoors it'll lose out to the SMG.
I don't think there's a single weapon you can buy which is a complete upgrade in every situation over the stock ones.
Edit: Forgot about the Falcon, that's a straight upgrade.

You forgot the MIRV, the Jackal and the Phase Rifle.

Mirv isn't a straight upgrade at all as your damage is more spread, fusion mortar is better for bombarding the flag stand and use indoors.
Jackal is arguably worse than the Spinfusor, depends entirely on the situation again, and I'd say if you're outside harassing defenders then the Rhino is a more suitable choice.
Phase rifle is definitely not an upgrade, there's a reason all the comp snipers use the BXT1, especially considering that the Phase Rifles' crosshair is appallingly bad.
There's so few weapons which are complete upgrades all the time, I think the only 1 really is the Falcon.

Thinking about it , i gotta agree on most you said, but the jackal is 100% better than the spinfusor. I have the feeling they wanted to make it kinda like a stickylauncher, but that you can make them explode in air makes it easier to aim than a spinfusor, you can set traps, insta kill mid classes with 1 burst and it has double the damage of a spinfusor. Exept for that the spinfusor doesn't have drop i see no reason not to use the jackal.

Alright good points you have a sweet one in the BXT1 because is far better for a chase. MIRV just overrides the backpedal when you are 1 to 1 against a jugger but the Jackal is by far and offensive weapon to the max. Hi-rez got in mind a defensive trap like the prism mines but better but they end with the jackal being a far versatile form of the ARX buster.

A thumper with a really crappy splash damage though.
The grenade looks delicious and i can tell it's going to recieve alot of hate.. and love.
Might aswell spend my 100k xp on the raider now i guess, probably won't play it right off the bat since i'm pretty sure there will be alot of Raider this coming weeks.

As cool as the plasma rifle looks, it seems a bit overpowered, I think it should deliver about 400 damage per shot instead of 500.
I've been playing for quite a while now and I still can't manage to get to 300 km/h with a PTH, please teach me your sanic ways :V.

Tip for when this comes out- Don't rush to buy them, wait until they've been given appropriate adjustments the day after and see if they're still worth it.

The skins are hideous as usual.
Why don't they make a skin that looks like a higher rank raider instead? That you buy one and get the BE and DS version? It would be so easy, stick some metal slabs on the armor, add a cape or whatever and PRESTO, there you have a higher ranked class skin. No, we get a doom guy and a space biker.
I mean, I like that they invest time adding mercenaries and stuff to add a level of depth to the narration, but what if I love BE and DS? And would like to see how a high ranked soldier look like? In my opinion alien races/mercenaries/hired assassins skins should come after higher rank BE and DS skins.
