Fucking hell, if you don't have enough speed powerups you will get butt fucked by the dr fetus power. Especially if you walk into a room that has red flies all over the edges, or if you're fighting war AAAAAAA

Having Skatole, Halo of Flies, Pretty Fly, Guardian Angel, or level 1/2 Cube of Meat will save you a lot of trouble with the fly enemies.

I almost had a perfect run but I couldn't back away from War quick enough.

Flies aren't a big deal but fast enemies are a royal pain when they actively seek you out. Those fast moving maggots and whatever those things are in the womb are easy since they go down lanes, but War, Lust, and Fallen all go right for you.

Correction, I just picked up ANOTHER FOLLOWER and i didn't lose one, so i guess brother bobby is just glitched.

that's 4 (5th glitched) attack followers, 4 defense followers, and 4 item followers.

I really got 13 but it only shows as 12. 14 if you count the temporary guppy. Missed distant admiration, sister maggie, demon baby, little steve, and the 1 up shroom.

I fucking hate Number One. I picked it up in the item room on basement 1 and, over the course of the next few floors, I got pegged with enough range downs that I was essentially a melee fighter. Thankfully I had a ton of damage upgrades by then, so I was destroying anything that got too close. Unfortunately, I got stuck in a room with one of those guys in the center surrounded by holes. I didn't have enough range to reach him and I had no way to progress to the boss room since bombs can't blow that door open.

I had to suicide into the flies he shot at me.

Binding of Isaac seems to be one of the few games where you subconsciously get better at it, seriously.
