totally new Keldeo and BW2 info! plus, a pic of the new C-Gear with Keldeo resolution form skin!
too much info to post on here (well, actually, it wont let me copy image url's)
"There will be a Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, and Pikachu egg distribution for B2W2 at some point. All three of the Kanto Starters will come with False Swipe and Block as well as Frenzy Plant and Weather Ball for Bulbasaur, Blast Burn and Acrobatics for Charmander, and Hydro Cannon and Follow Me for Squirtle. Pikachu's moves are unknown at this time.
The Piplup you can download over Wi-Fi will be at Level 15 and will come with Sing, Peck, and FeatherDance. It will be holding the Metronome item.
The Fes Missions will differ by game version and can support up to 100 players. After completing Fes Missions, you can get rare items and Pass Powers.
Join Avenue, which is a shopping center you build with other players, will feature brand new items that you can purchase which boost stats, friendship, and speed up egg hatching. Join Avenue will connect you to other players over both Wi-Fi and local DS wireless.
The Live Caster will now feature mini-games, such as two games involving popping balloons called Balloon Catch and Balloon Smash.
The new medal system will award players for various achievements - over 200, in fact, such as catching certain Pokemon. Players can decorate their Trainer cards with their medals.
Currently unavailable Berries will be available in B2W2.
The Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus you catch in Pokemon Dream Radar will come with the Regenerator, Volt Absorb, and Intimidate abilities (respectively), but if you change them to their Sacred Beast Formes using the Reflecting Mirror item, they will have their hidden abilities: Defiant for Tornadus and Thundurus and Sheer Force for Landorus.
Pokemon caught in Pokemon Dream Radar will come with their Hidden Abilities.
Keldeo turns to its Resolution/Resolute Form when it knows Sacred Sword Secret Sword. If it doesn't know the move, it is in its Usual Form." -pokebeach
i'm so hyped up now!
Could just be called the "Wii2"
Okay maybe not.
I hate how Nintendo are making the whole of BW2 Wi-fi, meaning there's nothing to do post-game other than do some wi-fi stuff, like in BW. Which, BTW, is probably a bad idea, since after the credits in BW, the game got boring, fast.
I miss the HGSS/Platinum days, back when you could do LOADS of things without wi-fi post game. :/
It seems we have a cover
We have the maps from B&W2
i have no idea!!
The..The badges? dafuq.
Agree with Malamite, there are more japanese then ever. Look at the names of the cities.
ALSO, dawn is in the B&W anime? I see "piplup vs pansage" in the anime department
Also in the Anime we will see the return of Dawn and her annoying Piplup.
Just imagine the interactions between them will make one throw the tv out the window
Piplup: Piip PIP PIPLUP!!
Oshawott: OSHWOTT OSHAWOTT!! *pout*
Piplup: PIP PIP! >:(
Then Pikachu breaks it up
I think the main problem people had with Piplup was the supposed spotlight stealing. I haven't really seen much of the DP episodes or much of anything involving Dawn but when I did, that Piplup seemed to constantly hog attention away from scenes even when just uselessly falling over. I dunno.
But on the bright side:
We get Brock too.
IN THE NEWS MODE::
A new wifi tournament is in pokemon B&W.
Question: Is there going to be new pokemon in B&W2 or just the damn annoying forms?
Well the regional pokedex on bw2 is near complete. There's still a 300th pokemon not yet revealed. However I doubt my favourite mons will get a chance now. I bet they won't even be in white forest again. :<
Due to a change of plans, after getting the next 4 Pokémon ported, I'll be releasing a new pack. The other 20 will be in #10, instead.
Another bit of news on Black and White 2, apparently once you get the c-gear you can trade with the first black/white games, including pokemon not in the reigonal dex.
An update for an update:
Darkrai's model has been replaced with his PokéPark 2 model (the original, PokéPark 1 version's still available), the other Pokémon in the pic now have their spiral eye sets (and Voltorb's got better eye textures) from that game, too. And finally every single one of my older model ports has been updated -- the eye bodygroups now only use 1 texture as opposed to several, and for the folks that like to use the inflator STool, it should no longer act strange for their lower torsos, as I've deleted the two "dummy" root bones (which it was trying to shrink the model down to).
Anyway, the last four will be Dewott, Samurott, Excadrill and Golduck, then I'll send a release candidate to my testers. As I said, the rest that was planned for the upcoming pack will be for pack #10, unless you want me to delay the entire pack by another half-year.
(EDIT: Here's the full changelist for the older models.)
All: Updated to use only 1 eye texture, removed dummy root bones, reconverted textures to BGR888 instead of DXT1 for a higher quality appearance. Aipom: Doubled the face sets with "opposite" mouths for the eye sets. Buizel: Added a few custom eye sets from MalamiteLtd. Caterpie: Changed the properties to "antlion". Chatot/Metagross: Updated the smoothing groups. Metagross still has skins instead of bodygroups for its eyes due to technical restrictions, nothing I can do about that. Darkrai: Replaced the model with the PokéPark 2 version, tweaked the shiny texture. The original is still there, as "Darkrai_PP1.mdl". Darmanitan/Flygon/Kyogre/Luvdisc/Oshawott's shell/Pineco/Scyther/Vaporeon: Added "$mostlyopaque" to fix transparency errors. Deoxys: Fixed the smoothing groups, tweaked the jewel reflection. Dialga/Palkia/Suicune/Weavile: Tweaked the reflections a bit. Dragonite: Added a few custom eye sets from Lucian the Blaze. Electrode/Psyduck: Tweaked the shiny skin a bit. Espeon/Flareon/Glaceon/Leafeon/Psyduck/Umbreon/Vaporeon: Added "spiral" eye set from PokéPark 2. Flygon/Scyther: Changed the transparency of the goggles (Flygon) and wings (Scyther) to match the actual transparency from PokéPark. Glalie: Updated the smoothing groups, fixed the flex. Lapras/Mew/Psyduck: Fixed the normal maps, removed the envmapped eyes as they never worked properly. Lilligant/Panpour/Pansage/Pansear/Petilil/Reshiram: Added shiny skins from Scoot@U. Landorus/Thundurus/Tornadus/Kami cloud: Removed jigglebones, due to errors/complaints. Mareep: Removed jigglebones due to errors/complaints, removed "NoEnv" model. Just edit the VMT if you don't want it. Manaphy: Fixed the reflective jewel, fixed the heavy physics. Oshawott: Tweaked the Shell Blade texture, added a few custom eye sets from MalamiteLtd, added shiny skin. Porygon-Z (PokéPark): Cleaned up its eye texture, added an illuminated eyes skin to match the PBR one. Rayquaza: Made its eyes light up for the illuminated skin, as well as updating the smoothing groups. Snivy: Fixed the fingerposing issue, added shiny skin. Tepig: Fixed the smoothing on the third mouth bodygroup, added shiny skin. Vaporeon: Fixed the eye textures. Venustoise: Added "$mostlyopaque" to fix transparency errors, properly double-sided and updated the smoothing groups on the plant. Voltorb: Changed the default eye textures to the ones used in PokéPark 2. The originals are kept as subgroups 5/6.
Anyway, it's nice to hear about some progress with the ragdolls. There's been so much posting about the upcoming games that it felt like the actual purpose of the thread was being overridden.
...Gracious, there were 20 others? That sounds like quite the workload, and it doesn't even count the other mdels you've been working on. I'd almost suggest reverting to smaller releases again, like 10 or so per pack. I can't recall what it was that steered things away from that setup before.
So I've split up the remainder of the former "Pack 9", and decided that the next pack's gonna be for the leftover starters and their evolutions, since I've got a significant amount of requests for them recently. Then it's back to a dozen plus two (since some are fairly easy to port) per pack after that.
(EDIT: Re-arranged the packs again. Don't expect them to stay like that, they're all subject to change whenever I feel like it.)
How did you get in that L4D2 map?
I'm back from my 1 week vacation. What did I miss?
The future releases have also been rearranged; you'll find the new groupings on the first post of the thread.
Either way, Dewott's ready now, Samurott needs fixed, and I'll start on the last two in a few days. Mainly because I'm feeling sick at the moment...
