Found this thingy. Apparently it is a image produced by computers in 1983, that the brain can't handle. Essentially it crashes the brain like a computer.
I was told to stare at it while listenting to this binaural beat "song" that is supposed to cause paranormal reactions.
Yea, stuff is pretty stupid I know. But to be honest, I got pretty creeped out and my eyes started to water like mad, but that was probably because I was staring at the image...
Anyways, try it out. Might wanna zoom in on the image as its pretty small, largest I could find though.
They were images intended to shut down your brain or something, but it was more or less used ironically on the SCP sight.
“Clifford Hoyt, age 31, suffered serious injuries in an automobile accident in 1999. After he regained consciousness, he told a terrified nurse that he had died and visited Hell. He expounded on the tortures and anguish he experienced in frightening detail. He refused psychological treatment and was released.
Several weeks later, Hoyt’s neighbors complained to their landlord that strange music was playing in his apartment at all hours of the night. Upon investigating, the building’s owner found Clifford in this condition. Mr. Hoyt was still quite lucid and protested when the landlord attempted to call the police. Concerned for the damage done to his property, he took photographs of the apartment, of which the image above is an example. He left and contacted Mr. Hoyt’s family, who contacted authorities.
Clifford claimed that demons from Hell were still trying to capture him. He explained that his body would burn incessantly unless he played music to scare the demons away. He would only leave the house for short periods of time to get minimal supplies, including large blocks of ice to soothe the burning he felt as he tried to sleep.
Doctors attribute Clifford’s actions to brain damage suffered in the accident. He currently resides in a mental rehabilitation facility in Maryland.”
Oh my god fuck this thread.
I'm glad I scroll down slowly. All I need to do is catch a glimpse of gore or some fucked up face and it's NOPENOPENOPE
People that came closer gifs make me really, really uncomfortable and absolutely terrified.
like that bride one.
Like i see them often in dreams or nightmares.
This is the same video, but by another person that I assume is the "John Bergeron" mentioned in the description. This isn't a repost.
This is another video to further prove my point. This one has clips not from the original that's getting reposted of presumably the same android (Named "Tara" by whoever this is) in the same room, wearing black clothes and hair.
Yet another video, but by someone else (Or another account). Just skip the beginning bit. Tara is in the same room yet again, and wearing glasses. Apparently it can communicate kind of like a cleverbot or something.
Yet another video.
Another... Rather creepy video.
After doing some googling, I found John Bergeron had a website on Geocities called "Android builder" that I assume by the name is a website John posted progress on Tara in.
Found a website dedicated to androids by a guy that goes by CR Willis, Tara's number 7:
If you want to buy the music DVD for whatever reason (If it still works):
The DVD cover art():
So, what I gathered so far is that Tara the Android was a project made by John Bergeron. Tara had limited voice recognition, pre-programmed songs to sing and facts to say. This robot costed around 2k to make. I've yet to find any information on John Bergeron.
I can't believe none of you posted this already. Somebody made a free game based on SCP-087 (the endless stairs.) In the video's description is a download link for PC or Mac.
aaaa must scroll down to replybox and avoid the horrors since it's night and shit
here's some gold from the deep web, I don't know if it's fake or not (!)
This was a hacking on some channel (presumably British), back in '87.
I still have trouble watching the whole thing.
Gets NSFW at about 1:43
IIRC, wasn't there supposed to be a little light on the platform of each level of stairs in SCP-087?
The short stories are awesome, especially the Russian sleep experiment and the normalpornfornormalpeople. Its always best to read these right before bed.
