In other news, I'm on my 4th day of DNP and was slammed by lethargy this morning. Getting out of bed was rough. Drinking pineapple juice helped though. Going to be upping the dose tomorrow.

I forgot to take true before pictures but took one today, I'm already holding on to a shitload of water so it was tough getting myself to take a picture without wanting to delete it right away, haha. At least it should make the difference appear more drastic.
Are those elastic things good as "weigh-substitutes"?

And from what I know, they aren't really good substitutes. They can be good for travelers, and I think you can use them additionally to weights, but I don't think using them primarily is going to give you too much results. I don't know enough though.
Solely relying on the resistance bands will yield zero results. They have their uses and this is not one of them.

Finally able to use finger lock properly. Now my hands are closer to my body while deadlifting and there's no spine imbalance -> instant gains. My sumo DL keeps on skyrocketing but my other stats stay the same lol. The shitty thing is that my thumbs are numb as fuark.
I can't tell you how fucking tired I am of tracking my macros and putting tight restrictions on my diet.
So basically, I've chosen to put my diet lower on my priority list, If I'm hanging with the buddies, I won't hesitate to grab a bag of chips. But in all other circumstances I will eat clean.
At 17 I don't think it's worth the toll dieting has on your mind. Basically I'm going to worry about it alot less for now...

Decided to add some Ostarine into my DNP run, just a low dose though, around 10mg a day. Don't want any suppression, it's more so I don't feel like an old woman every time I hit the gym. Had 185lbs on the incline bench yesterday and it felt like it weighed 400lbs. Embarrassing.

Couldn't squat 405, legs were sore after 2 reps of 315. Did 6 reps of 225 when I used to be able to do 15.
I think I'll be fine in a couple weeks, but cot damn I am weak.

Oh my bad I meant bench when I said 15 reps of 100kg/225lbs. My all time bench max on bench is only like 325lbs.
