don't care I have nothing better to do (just graduated high school and have a few months before going to Digipen) and if you seriously thought I was leaving completely then I am surprised.
sorry that I don't want other people claiming credit for my work (not sure how that shows that I am dependent on what FP thinks. almost everyone here is a dramatic little kid).
Already realized how dramatic the forum is so anything people say doesn't matter and just gives me a good laugh (also I love how you can turn ratings off).
been playin' since 05 and that is not going to change. new huge summer project I'm working on will come soon (with hype build up thread when a beta is ready)
just going to sit on FP and lurk while sometimes replying and play Garry's Mod for months now nonstop all day.

Cool that means you live in Washington. Schools are much different from a forum community for Garry's Mod so I am not sure why you are freaking out (in fact in real life I rarely ever talk and you probably won't even realize I am there).

Although it doesn't matter where you're going, just matters how hard you work at something and what innovative idea you had.
The guys who did Narbacular Drop certainly had a great idea at digipen.
Out of like hundreds of thousands of games made at digipen, at least one of them was good.

Be realistic, it totally matters where you go to school, thinking otherwise is just being close minded. What doesn't matter is where you get your under grad degree, no one cares about that; The only thing people care about is if and where you got your graduates degree.

- Since this thread is dead lately, let me add on to that. If you have a brilliant idea, you work hard, know the right people, have prior experience, then it doesn't really matter where you go. You don't need college. If you are going to a college, the thing that matters is where you get your graduate degree from, that's what employers want to see. If you don't have a portfolio or a good resume, they look at where you've been trained.
Also, something about the lua scripting hire/recruitment crap. Just saying, I honestly don't think you coders are getting paid enough.

Can we get a new thread please, its too late. This one has been derailed. All these problems and drama are the exact reason we made a new thread the last time.
I would really appreciate if we stickied a drama thread or something like that. People see all these problems and they cant keep it in their pants, Gran do something. Half of these thread frequenters really need some Ritalin... which reminds me its almost 6AM ill need to take mine. ( its 5:54 )

I cant think of the last time a person has actually come in here and post a want for a coder, they are probably discouraged at how little recruiting is going on here. It would be the equivalent it to walking into a coffee house and see its damned daycare, I would walk out.
I really enjoy this thread being here and without it many coders and people that hire would be left in the dark. As a fellow thread dweller i plead with you to take control and be the bigger person here. I live here and I don't want the scum of the earth walking about in this sacred place.
In other words i'm tired of these mother ****'n Snake on this mother ****'n plane.
If you really read this I thank you. I will one day bring you a cookie in your sleep.
