Try copying QTCF.dll from quicktime's directory to system32.

I still get it, and now it happens on iTunes.. :/

Okay I got PS working, had a quick go with something.

I don't seem to remember how to ctrl + v to ALL frames and layers at once, can someone fill me in? Oh and if you delete a ton of frames but the layers remain, does that take up any extra space on the output itself?

Isn't it you use the hold down alt/shift and select the ones you want then you just press Ctrl + J (that is the duplicate key in PS)

Hey I just got gold member, and I changed my .apng avatar to a .gif, and it doesn't look like it's moving. It's working on my account but not in threads as far as I've seen. Is it working for anyone? And if not could someone get me another .gif of this avatar?

Actually I think it might still be an APNG. It says it's not, but when I disable the APNG addon for Chrome it stops moving, and when I hit it again it starts to move...

Oh I think I know what's going on; it's that cache thing, my avatar just didn't set to the new one yet. It's an APNG on posts, but on my profile it's a gif.

How long does it normally take for the avatar change to happen on my posts?
