new setup is estimated to arrive on monday. I guess we'll see how much rail bite I get from the 66mm Free Rides. If it's really bad I can just use my 70mm 80a Sector 9 shitballs

i doubt you will have any problems.

Woah, Jet is made by Abec11? What else does Abec11 make?
pink wheels, uhh reflex bushings. they're 2012 line up is insane.

    Edited:

Actually i find it to be one of the cheaper boards, 160 is pretty cheap compared to some boards
except with $160 you can get a super custom carbon deck by pretty much any board maker on the fish. Night does carbon customs for $160 shipped, fucking love mine.

    Edited:

I rode lots of boards but i think the seeker is my favorite,
its just an overall good board

It has Kicks, W, Rocker, Microdrop, and its top mounted, i mean what else can you ask for in a board?
its good for Downhill, Freeride, Freestyle, and you can get away with Dancing on it
I've ridden one, did not care for it when going fast. I can see its appeal for freeride but anything over 35, I'd want a more solid deck of my liking.

    Edited:

i still want to try a soda factory lambchop, the concave on it is supposedly money.

Had friday off so I went to work on my board. I went to sidewalk surfer and picked up new grip and homedepot for more finish.

Sanded, recoated, and basically did an all around cleaning. It sucks since everything in AZ has a nice layer of dirt on it. I also went ahead and tried a top-mount setup.

What's the best way to choose between an assortment of new decks to get?

There are no local shops here, so I can't go and try them out, I can only look at reviews.

    I'm deciding between:

Earthwing Carbon Belly Racer - $110
    Clutch D-Tap - $134

And I think I'm going to try some Gravity High Grades in 80a. Supposedly their name fits them very well and are very under-rated wheels.

I'm also looking for a popsicle deck to get for when my brother-in-law wants to go to a skate-park.

just ordered all my gear, this should last me easily 2-3 months.

Set of Rayne Idle gloves, Abec 11 flash backs 78a, Abec 11 Flashbacks 81a, Oust Moc 7s (finally decided to try a little pricier bearings $35), Bones cleaning kit, and some 72mm 78a Venom Cannibals. So stoked haha, its nice spending free money because I finally decided to get some things I never buy like gloves, bearings and cleaning kit.

I wonder if I could modify some Randal or Paris hangars to fit a Surf-Rodz adjustable BP.

I want an adjustable angle BP, but I don't want to spend $200+ just so I can adjust my turn/lean ratio.

decided to go with the supermodel instead of the feast or famine.

    Earthwing Drop supermodel 40"
    Abec 11 Flashbacks 81a 70mm
    Caliber 50 10"
    Mini Logo bearings and spacers.

Switchback didn't have indy 210s in stock (they never had them when I checked in the past either) so I got the Calibers instead.

The order hasn't been processed yet either (I'm assuming since it's a Sunday) so I can probably change things if you guys think I should.
