Put together in structure and grammar.
He essentially wrote an entire paragraph on the specifics of a mental disability, and then ended it with "but he's retarded". It's like a short paragraph as part of an essay.
The contents are awful, but the execution is hilarious.

Actually it's not stolen from their submission, he has a screen cap of the popular concept art that fishbus made years before and they modeled later.

If he has hidden them, he'll more than likely bring them back up at a later time when most of the people who have commented on it forget about it and the heat dies down. I'll still be keeping a very close eye on him.

The spam in the workshop is getting out of hand. And I can't seem to delete them, I'm not even able to leave a comment. Anyone else have this problem?

I think if the person's profile is set to private or something it completely disables Workshop comments, I remember I had that problem the very first time I uploaded something to the Workshop.
