How does the method of the wallpaper being drawn to the screen affect the speed at which you can change it?
Regardless, this program is obviously not some magic solution that does everything. It's a very basic utility that lets you create panoramic desktop wallpapers that work with any Windows installation like any normal desktop wallpaper.
Why do you object to that so much?
