No, he can't get them into GMod. The reason why he can't is because, as he clearly stated in the opening post and the top of this page, this is NOT a thread for requesting things to be put into GMod.

To put it simply, he is porting the models (and textures, if possible) only. Getting them into GMod is strictly the business of the person requesting the model they want.

No he is most likely using 3ds max.
There is a smd tool you'll need to get for blender(there is also supposed to be a vtf/vmt tool but I cant find it anywhere)
