GTA4 didn't have a SDK. Max Payne is the same engine as as GTA4, modified mind you.

RAGE can be fairly modifiable. Just look at GTA 4, insane mods have been created for it. OpenIV (or some other GTA 4 modding program) recently started allowing people to browse and extract Max payne 3 files.

did you happen to set your AA in your control panel while playing another game?

I did that one and it seems DIRT tries to apply AA on top of that AA and it really eats up your framerate like no other

I am honestly suprised about how good framerate I can run this at.
I have a computer from 2008, I've never changed any parts or bought more RAM or anything, my specs are:

Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
4GB RAM(3.50GB usable)
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.40GHz
Nvidia GeForce 9800GT
500GB harddrive

I can run this at a beautiful 40-60 FPS without even touching the settings under graphics.
