"I'll look on Facepunch, and Garrysmod.org. I'm on te right track yeah I'm on to a winner."
I just can't seem to get indoor lighting down.
I'm going to try to extract the left 4 dead models and mess about with those.
Anyone know of any good model/material resources for indoor environments?
Right...im awake and looking for music to fuel the day...maybe a little fallout boy.
*tumbles through nik kershaw, floor thirteen, currently sticking with robbie williams...
I like music for what it is...try to experiment with music and you can find some real gems.
Think the server went down because my pc made itself sleep, when I get home I'll put it back up and change the power settings.
I was in isolation for viewing fast threads (Figure out which thread yourself)
They had it blocked last year at my school but they had to switch stuff around with the servers and it got unblocked
I believe you can use tunnel sites to get past school firewalls. Kind of useful when they decided to block 99% of the internet at my secondary school...but then again, it was catholic.
Think I'm going to make some more tutorials pretty soon... Or at least start over. I just need to make time from work.
The one day that I'm able to map in a week, and the teamspeak server isn't up for me?
So when will valve release a new Hammer that isn't originally based on a nearly 16 year old Quake editor
I think the biggest and best addition they could add is realtime lighting preview.
That way I don't have to compile 300 times to find the lighting that looks good.
It is good enough for a basic editor, but it's main limitations are that additional tools are tacked on whereever they can.
Apologies for the Teamspeak being fucked my PC set itself to standby, all is now up and running under the original fpmapping.zapto.org!
teamspeak dead :(
The title of this thread sounds best when read in a British accent.
