One of the only (I think its actually THE only) Mass Effect SWEP on Garrysmod.org is well done, but has No sound animation! The community as I've seen (primarily the mass effect fans) have been long awaiting a great set of Mass Effect SWEPS. Anyone working on some or can get some done in wake of Mass Effect 3? I dont necessarily know how hard it is to make a SWEP, But the ME Pistol thats at garrysmod.org is pretty cool, just no sound animation as said before. So, are we looking forward to anymore Mass Effect user content?

Clavus's swep creation kit allows you to make V models.

First you'd need someone to port/rip the weapon models (as in world models), then attach them decently to a bunch of already made v_models, and then code them.
AKA, it's extremely difficult to do and will take anyone months to do just a few weapons.

no, you can make view models with it by editing existing ones, as in replacing the actual gun in the 357 view model, for example

Or just changing the bones a bit until you get the right shape so it doesn't look too retarded.

Holy shit. Where's a Lua dude when you need one? To be honest, I think most SWEPs aren't made due to laziness. I know there are some really good guys out there like Haxxer and NikouT who do in fact, know their shit. But I mean, hey, who else wants to see some Mass Effect SWEPs? Trust me, if I knew even a thing about lua, I'd help and contribute to the community, but seeing as though that's not the case...we need someone who's good with lua to help :l
