I may have hired your paw last week.
I still remember a pawn with red hair called Savan
'Tis a far stronger hill than most, Arisen!
Accidentally found this in Gran Soren.
Where did you get the Duke's clothing?
Not sure. Just showed up in my storage, pretty sure it's hacked in. Must have been given to me by a hacker or something.
Spent a long ass time doing this horrible escort quest for julien from gran soren to great wall, the reward was a golden lance, which was actually just a shitty golden sword, god damn it.
Just picked this up yesterday but wasn't able to play it. Looking forward to it when I get home. At first I thought it was an easy mode Dark Souls but it seems a bit deeper than that. I can dig it.
Why is the Malorean armor so ugly compared to the Gryphic set or White Crest set. The Chimeric set is okay, but it has a hideous helmet. Currently, the Malorean armor is the best I can find for a MK.
So I won that seven dollar dlc, it's just the FaDS bundle. Ah well, at least it was free.
I agree, combat is really different, the pacing is a lot faster in DD and the whole leveling system has nothing in common. The only thing that is a bit similiar are the dungeons or places like the Bluemoontower which is very reminiscent of Lodran. Other than that, I don't get why people compare it to eachother.
Well my first impressions from only playing for a couple of hours are generally good. So far I can see why it was pulling a 65-75% average on reviews though. It's one of the least technically impressive games I've played on the PS3 in a long long time. With that being said, it's very fun.
Do I have to be in the inn for my main pawn to be able to be selected by people? Or can he be off adventuring with me and still be chosen?
Other than that, he can be hired whenever. He can be hired even if he's dead in your world.
how YOU doin
brb making feste a real pawn
everyone will rent him and throw him off stuff
If I could I would FUCKING MURDER Feste's stupid face. I hate him and find him very annoying.
I just started farming offline Ur-Dragon.
I also found a way to make "infinite" profits by selling carrots. I started with 1mil and ended with 10.3mil in an hour.
I tried to make a female hobbit-like strider, but she just looks like a little child and now I just feel creepy.
Who sells carrots anyway? I keep hearing about that method but damned if I can find a shop that sells em'
Beholder looks fucking awesome. He's a bit too easy though, Archydra was hard as shit for me. I always managed to get 2 heads off then it one-hitted my mage and sorcerer with a swing of its tail. Me and my main pawn were the only ones strong enough to survive it. It was a long battle, but I won.
Out of the, say. 30/40 hours of playing Dragons Dogma, I dont think i can really tell you a time where i havent been lost.
Just where the fuck am i now?
couldn't be bothered to find the materials to upgrade my malorean set so i just completed the game again. so good being able to do it in like 3 - 4 hours probably less if you really tried.
and by that i mean getting to post-dragon
I'm gonna pick this up tomorrow, good fun the demo was.
Curious about the game though, has anyone got any input on which version of the game runs better ? I can buy a 360 or PS3 copy so it doesn't matter to me which one it is.
If you have a choice, go PS3
Alright, thanks for the input guys.
Looking forward to trying my luck at this.
