actually what goose did was custom to that server and I'm not as good with bukkit so unless goose kindly goes through it in excrutiating detail no dragonborn

i figure it'll be good for events though

Well, I never got to actually see what the plugin was like on Goose, but the way it's been talked about I assume it was something like this

except just limited to one person

um no, Ter didn't do anything other than the NoGrind plugin and the Very Sticky Pistons plugin. I used that commandsign plugin or whatever and made a specific perm group for the dragonborns and added them, then I made the sign check to see if the player that used the sign was in that permission group. If they were, they would get the permission to use the shout.

Dragonborn means certain players can use dragon shouts by typing them into chat. Pretty much a skyrim mod

Spell mod is the same, Exept with spells, And a larger amount of players can do them

yeah so sugar is banned to cope with new drug farms being set up
anyone caught sniffing sugar in public will be sentenced to jail and anyone mass producing sugar with intent to supply will be banned
