Rules (READ THESE, YA IDIOTS):
1. No hacking. This includes x-raying, flying, PvP hacks, or anything else that exploits the game code or puts you at an unfair advantage. This is not negotiable, you will be banned for this, no exceptions.
2. No water shielding. This means that you cannot cover the walls or any structure of your base in water to prevent TNT from doing damage to it. The offending parts of your base will be unclaimed and destroyed. The exception to this rule is building underwater, which is allowed.
3. Do not ask for admin/op. Asking for it is a great way of not getting selected. You'll also be greeted with a ban, too.
4. No griefing/sperg buildings. This includes 1x1 towers, dirt buildings, intentionally ugly structures, random lava, pixel art, etc. This doesn't belong on a factions server. Punishment is variable based on the nature of the offense.
5. Do not attempt to bypass the world border. It is there for a reason.
6. Do not log out in mid-combat. If you are caught doing so, you will be killed and your items will be removed. You are considered to be in combat if you have been hit by the attacker within the last 15 seconds or if you are running away from the attacker.
7. Do not abuse bugs/glitches in the game or any of our plugins. This is treated as hacking and you will be banned.
8. In order to be a peaceful faction, you must give an admin a very good reason to allow you to; you must also have at least 5 members, and have a good looking base. If you are not doing your job as a peaceful faction, your peaceful status will be removed. If you have any questions, complaints, or suggestions about these rules, then please contact myself or one of the server admins.
9. Do not make unescapable shit in the end or the nether. Please allow for people to go back through the portal. Please note that a "suicide hole" does not count as escapable.

It's meh, doesn't differ from much other factions server more than they are being all nazi about 1 man factions.

Going to be removing some plugins that are causing some issues, mostly on the back-end of things, nothing that will effect gameplay. Going to be adding some other plugins and adding a surprise to be unveiled later on.

Was there some kind of a roll back? I am missing like 4 double chests filled with bones/bows. I dont need them back since I only kept them because of my inability to destroy stuff it is just the weirdest thing. There is no damage so can't be from enemy and also the alch stands I had sitting right next to the chests were still there. Just those 4 chests are gone none of the ones filled with anything of value. 2spooky

So I log on after work today to discover all the chests in my base are missing. Apparently there is no offline protection and apparently you knew about this sks? If so and you don't change I am done with this server. Not worth my time to lose everything when im not even playing.
they even destroyed my mob spawner wooow so no matter what I have to move bases.

This issue has been resolved, a conflicting plugin was removed and your stuff was given back.

Base destroyed, items found. Banning entire faction for being completely dishonest, even when i said nothing bad would happen if they confessed. Due to their lack of honesty, they shall be banned. They may appeal their ban on here, however I'll have to weigh the decision to unban them very carefully.

Nice server you have here. It would be pointless to be unbanned, as you've already taken everything we worked for. We are long time players here. We've been around since Generation I on Goose's server. We don't deserve this. It was your fault installing a plugin that didn't work properly.

I thought it was resolved. He would've had to break into our hidden storage to find the stolen enchantments last night. Now, after I typed some sentences, there is suddenly evidence enough to ban me and all of my friends from the server permanently, taking all our hard work away from us as well...

No you would have had to just tell the truth for him to get the stolen items back. If you are going to lie about something to the server admin don't brag about it the next day seriously what were you thinking? You also took all my hard work away from me when I was offline. Not so fun is it?

See, the thing is, we tried attacking you the normal way, but you just logged off before we could kill you more than once. So, to take you out we used one of the only available alternatives: Creepers.
After we exploited, why would we just go and confess to the owner when we could keep the items we earned? Since everyone knew it was us anyway, I started bragging, although I easily could have been taking credit for someone else's work.
You were too cowardly to stand against us in battle. We weren't at war with the admins when they took everything from us.

Why would I stay logged in to die when you were in my base? That would just be suicide. And I was only online to kill those mobs in my mob trap at the time not to actually play. If you would have waited a day till I had finsihed my gear I would have fought you but no you had to be cheap and exploit. Lie to admin, brag about doing it next day, cry when admin finds the gear and you get banned for lying to admin.

I think everybody knows you wouldn't have stayed connected after one death even if you had your gear. If you're not on to actually play and be ready to fight, well, that's too bad.
We wanted to destroy you, so we did what any normal people would do. We found an alternative method to shut you down, then we acted as if we didn't do it, in order to keep everything we gained from it.
The problem here is, the admins destroyed our base to find the evidence.

The problem here is, you lied to the admins about using an exploit when he promised nothing would happen to you guys. And of course I wouldn't have started fighting again after one death I would wait for my power to regen.
Also you gave all the evidence needed when you started bragging about it.

Does that really make it right to use an exploit to smash his shit? To have to break the rules in order to have your way? Because of your actions, we had to spend time cleaning shit up; making things right. And because of that, you are banned.

Actually, he would have taken our earning from us if we had confessed. If you weren't a coward, we could have actually taken your things the normal way, but no. The war wouldn't have gone anywhere without us using the MobCatcher plugin, which SKS knew was broken, but neglected to remove.
These are the consequences of keeping a broken plugin installed.
I don't see "No using broken plugins" or "No exploiting" in the rules.

No, your banned because I asked you to be honest and you lied to me, not because you used a plugin. Had you come clean and just said "yea we have his shit" none of this would have had to happen; however, since we had to go through all of this bullshit to get down to the truth of the matter, repercussions have to happen.

Well, I'm about done arguing. No one had any real evidence linking us to the incident until after we were banned and the admins blew up our everything. Maybe if you weren't going to take what we earned, we would've had a reason to confess.
