Sad that you can't pick up guns that a rifleman/sniper drops, only the MP40. That being said it is a demo so it makes sense.

you should be able to shoot peoples weapons off

You might be able to. I know if the bullet grazes a weapon on the way to a kill it makes sparks. Also, you can send a bullet through a sniper's scope into his eye is you aim it right. Also you can shoot 'nades off enemies' uniforms. I'll be sure to test this once the Damn demo gets released.

I might get it on PC, dunno though. Was planning on just picking up Max Payne 3 but the more I play the demo the more I want to play Sniper Elite V2. US btw.

I dunno why you would get this game on console if you had the option of getting it on the PC and your computer wasn't total ass. For one it's cheaper and the controls will be better with a mouse and keyboard in a game where you need precision.
