i bought IL-2 CoD from that site didnt have any problems redeeming the key on steam, its more reliable than intkeys you dont have to wait forever for someone to manually send you your key

to unlock the game via vpn the game needs to be preloaded them you need to set steam to offline mode until your regions unlock time

some games have been notorious for becoming available to preload like three hours before its release.

if sniper elite does that stunt then i might as well just drive to a store and buy it because it's going to take all night to even get in cue to download it

He doesn't mean Pre-ordering (buying a game before release) he means pre-loading which is downloading a game before release so as to mitigate the stress on the download servers. This is a thing that Steam does fairly often. You can't play the game yet but you have it installed so the second it unlocks for your timezone you can play without having to download.

sniper elite v2 is a pretty low profile game i dont think it will put too much strain on the servers, but i agree it would be nice just for being able to play it at the moment its out

So low profile that even the release of the demo knocked out Steams servers for a good chunk of time. It's either that or it was a huge coincidence.

I think it was a coincidence, I got it fine when others were saying they were having problems.

Steam servers have been "knocked out" on the dryest of release days when I've installed games. I don't see how huge of a coincidence that could be...

Sorry but I've only experienced the steam servers shitting themselves when something is released that lots of people wanted (or there is some other shit happens like a power failure) and lots of people obviously wanted the demo so I'm more inclined to say it's not as "low profile" as you think it is.
