I don't really see whats wrong with it. Yeah it might mess with the development of his brain since he's young, but that's really about it. And who here really gives a fuck about that?
The people that I've met that are mega stoners aren't that messed up at all. They don't have a chronic cough and they seem pretty normal. Except for their bad short term memory.
I'd like an explanation of why people think this is so dumb, rather than hiding behind the ratings with no explanation.

I went to a boarding school/public school.
It was funny because all the public school kids who live at home had there cute little weed and ritlin.
While us dorm kids had the coke, ecstasy, and oxycotton.
So ya, private schools are really bad about drugs.

It's not that I actually care, it's just 10 years ago was hardly back in the day. This kid may be about 12-14, but he should at least play an original Nintendo or Super Nintendo before saying 'back in the day'.
I actually don't hate this kid. He managed to not be an annoying little shit. I hope he maintains friendship with mature kids, and not turn out to be a typical little shit head.

Weed is perfect fine, and should be used in moderation IMO.
In moderation, key word, moderation;something most school aged kids don't even understand the concept of. Weed should be left to play with after graduation.

But yes I agree moderation is good with anything.
IMO having bad moderation with weed is not as bad as having bad moderation with food.

Grade nines were doing cocaine in our cafeteria at my old high school. We had NARC people dressed up as janitors. Which is weird because we lived in a farming community in the middle of nowhere.

I don't know anyone who has failed a few classes because they had an eating problem.
The correlation with poor moderation and shit grades seems to be a reoccurring theme among people at school.

Very good man, you remembered the basic principle for cause and affect/correlation.
The thing is, most kids are pretty lazy in school. Throwing weed in the mix just seals the lid on their academic career being shit.
I just feel that weed shouldn't be used by a majority of high school students, on the basis most of them are lazy as shit to begin with. I know plenty of kids who are in the top 25% and smoke weed, but they have some advantages (they're smart/not lazy) and practice moderation.

Good point. But there are also some other things to factor in, like how much weed effects them overall. Some kids are barely affected overall by weed whether they are lazy or not.
I myself am pretty lazy and I smoke weed once or twice a day, but I am doing pretty well in school since weed hasn't really had any adverse affects on me. I'm pretty much exactly the same as I am when I haven't smoked except when I'm actually high.

Private schools are still pretty damn bad at times. I go to a private school, and I can say without exaggerating that most of the kids there smoke weed or use some other kind of elicit substance.
Hell, some kid in my grade got expelled last week after being caught high out of his mind at a child pornography sting operation. Two weeks from graduating too, fucking moron.
