If they're here legally and they have a visa or legal documentation that permits them to be here, then they are here at the behest of the united states government and are assured the same rights as a US Citizen.
It is only when they are here illegally, without consent or request from the US Government, that they should not and technically do not have these rights.

Which is as it should be. I'm sorry if I sound harsh and I don't mean to be an asshole about it but we have a big enough pool of unemployed unskilled people without adding illegal immigrants to the mix.
Especially when they don't pay taxes, don't contribute to our economy, reap the benefits of our economy regardless, and are often given jobs that our own citizens could get because tax evading freeloader farm owners and other such people hire them at half the minimum wage.

Both driver's licenses and school applications require documentation proving your history.

Yep, MSNBC had an article recently where they were trying to petition for this illegal immigrant from God knows where to get a job as a lawyer. Really? A criminal practicing law??? What the fuck. They know he's here illegally yet they don't ship him back. Sure it's sad but life sucks. If he's smart enough to practice law, he can get a fucking green card and get here legally. I know people from the Dominican Republic that came here with absolutely nothing but got a green card. If they can do it, anybody can do it. Anybody can do whatever the fuck they want. People are way too fucking empathetic, and it's bullshit.

How can somebody not even legally in the country, legally obtain a government issued document? When I got my license, I had to show my birth certificate and social security card, or resident card. Illegals don't have any of the last two.

Working illegals, as Gunfox already pointed out, actually end up paying more in income tax than their bracket would permit were they legal.
The government gets more money in taxes from an illegal immigrant working a job than a legal resident working the same job.

Why do people even have to go through so much trouble to legally immigrate? You can be born in this country and not have to file tons of documents, prove your experience, and wait a decade before being a citizen. Why should an adult have to do the same? If they can follow the laws, pay their taxes, etc... let them live here.
The time and effort we waste on policing immigration is ridiculous. Imagine if we had the same level of restriction between the states.
They usually fake the documents, either for the DMV, or the license itself, depending.

I'm going off of anecdotes I've read from illegal immigrants. I don't think faking documents to the DMV is at all common, but faking other documents is probably fairly common for places where there is unlikely to be a background check, like for entering the school system.

This really has nothing to do with a person being illegal or deserving a weapon or not, the second amendment simply does not cover a non-citizen of the United States.
A point was brought up that was dumbed-down, but it's perfectly correct. Illegal immigrants, as human beings, possibly have a need for a weapon for self-defense and whatnot. What makes this impossible for them is that they are not covered by the second amendment to the Bill of Rights (which shouldn't apply to normal citizens anyway, but not going to go down that road).
No anti-illegal hate necessary.

I don't need to cite laws. They are in this country illegally which means they have no status. They have no rights, they aren't paying taxes and can do whatever the fuck they want. Your stance is "boo fucking hoo, they're poor and they came from Latin America, therefore they have nothing. Let's sympathize and give them everything they want because this is America." Ya know what? That attitude is part of why taxes suck right now and why the debt is high.

The Constitution and all of its amendments are things the government CANNOT do (to ANYONE in this country), not things citizens CAN do.

"The People" usually refers to anyone, not citizens, so the 2nd amendment makes no specification about who can have weapons. Why aren't non-citizens covered?
