you can rocket random enemies, they don't need to be in a vehicle

this means go into metro and spam rockets

By AT rockets they mean SMAW, RPG or Javelins, not just those useless emplaced ones

Javelin kills count as AT rocket kills, go on Firestorm with a Recon friend and shoot everything to shit.

I played against some level 100 colonel who kicked my ass occasionally (it was operation metro so it was more of a "he saw me first" thing), and I complained about how much of a loser you must be to get a level 100 colonel (well its true) and everyone was like "no u cunt he probably just does it in his spare time!11", well I was looking at my friends leaderboard, which shows the #1 in the world...and I saw his name...he has 1.6k hours with 103 million points...not a loser at all.

I did that with a jet a couple of times, the only reason was because I didn't have anything unlocked so going into a low populated server was the easiest way for me to get some points to unlock flares and heat seekers. If i went into 64 servers i got shot down within 30 seconds and couldnt do anything about it. I haven't done it since then though

The last time I was in an empty server capping with jets some guy showed up and did the same thing.
We had a ground jet race and did bumper jets(cars).

Sadly its more likely to get eagle 20+ ultra serious player.

Since I've only just got the hang of planes and stuff I've been trying to use them lately, but you're right they're so crap. The lock on range is abysmal, they're easily counter-able and in the rare occasion they do hit they deal hardly any damage.

does anybody use a joystick or xbox controller or something like that to fly? Its certainly easier for me, but is it easier to shoot down planes and evade by usin a keyboard + mouse combo flying? Because its extremely difficult for me, but I imagine itd be easier with practice

The main gun requires a lot of precision to do decent damage, you have to be on their tail pretty much the whole time, and be flying stable enough to line up a good burst. Which is a pain in the ass when every pilot ever is somehow infinitely better than you.

Sometimes having a homing weapon like that can be useful, but thanks to flares/ ECM being unstoppable by yourself, they are near impossible to hit with seekers. Which sucks as they only work on air units last I checked.

I have 500~ hours, I have seen level 50~ colonel service stars with more hours than me.

So, they aren't losers, but I am, even though they put more time in?
