The only problem I see with this movie is if they direct it to a younger audience, they will probably not understand 90% of the references.
Looks great otherwise.

Here's some info about the development of Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Disney had to work with Warner Bros., Fleischer Studios, King Features Syndicate, Felix the Cat Productions, Turner Entertainment, and Universal Pictures/Walter Lantz Productions.
That's Pixar. This is Disney.
Shame the real life scenes aren't live-action, but whatever, this fits.
im wondering if that villain character is sarah sliverman character from the trailer . I DONT TRUST HER *intense stare*
Why would you say that? Do you WANT to see less gorgeous CG?
um is anyone gonna question who that blond guy is at 1:40 in the trailer ?
I have a feeling quite a lot of cameos will be just walk-bys.
It'll be awesome just to have some well known characters with dialogue between each other.
/v/ and /co/ have been hard at work identifying characters
The purple rhino is from Altered Beast
The yellow robot is from Cyborg Justice

Wait a lot of those characters are either from SEGA or Nintendo. I see they must have paid them a lot of money for the cameos.
Dr Wily was originally in the group meeting apparently. I'm sad because I was hoping to see my own favorite crazy science dude.
I feel this is Disney's video game equivalent of Roger Rabbit, so while we will get some outside video game characters to flesh out the feeling that we're in a universe where they all mingle together, the bulk of the story will be on Ralph and the other original characters.
Even though I like the way this thing is looking so far I still can't stand Sarah Silverman. I think she is literally the worst comedian ever. If she wasn't in it I would be a lot happier.
You misspelled Dane Cook/Carrot Top/Jeff Dunham.
Finally, a film that doesn't make an arse of games.
apparently they removed DR Wiley when Capcom saw how big the film was going to be and demanded to be payed for use of their character instead of allowing them to use him for free, may be wrong, i'm not sure
Doctor Wily's in the film, but you have to pay an additional $5 when the movie is released to have access to his scenes.
also there must be a "YES, YES" scene with M. Bison
OF COURSE.
Or maybe the bad-anon group has a party or goes to a restaurant or something and M. Bison is like "THIS IS DELICIOUS!"
I know it's not going to happen, but I'd die if I saw Zangief going into the Dance Dance Revolution port with Gobachev.
It's a shame we probably won't see any rated M references.
Apparently they have a few pictues show the Halo Marines and TF2 character's in the backgrounds of the Game Central Station.
I don't like them either but when Sarah had a show on Comedy Central it was truly painful.
i knew it was him !
You can see Paper Boy in the slow zoom out of the station.
I wouldn't be surprised if QBert is the main villain after all. Like, since his game is more or less forgotten, maybe he tries taking over Ralph's game, so Ralph gets all of the Video Game Villains and Heroes to work together to beat him? That would be a typical Disney movie if it happened, but I'd think it'd be cool
i thought it was Samus the first time i saw it, i wonder if she'll make an appearence
Dont forget that they're all on disc already.
Or because, yknow, he hasn't been in any arcade game
I hope the dire threat that puts the arcade at risk is the rising popularity of home consoles.
The FPS part looked like Metroid. Or the aiming did at least.
it's actually from some prehistoric fighter of some sort
but close enough
i would love to see a part where ralph walks up to a line of people with beards and walking sticks, he asks them
"hey, what are you waiting for?"
an old man looks over and says
"Half Life 3"
Ralf looks up and down the line then asks
"how long have you been waiting?"
the old gent sighs and says
"far to long"
i'm shit at writing but you ge tthe idea
Boring!
I hope they make a reference to shitty movie tie-in games by adding a reference to a shitty movie tie-in game for this movie in the movie, would be meta as hell.
how about a part where the Street Fighter 2 guys meet the Street Fighter 2 game of the film guys
Oh, it's probably from Primal Rage. Sauron?
Yeah, his skin DOES look like Sauron's skin, orange with darker-orange stripes. Of course, the only other Tyrannosaur in that game was Diablo, who had red skin and black stripes.
