Probably none of you remember this but I made a thread about losing weight to learn parkour. Idgaf about that really, I just want to be SKINNY. The thread was a success to some avail, I lost about 23 lbs in two months, and the other two months I just maintained. Which I did not want to do, I wanted to keep losing. Anyway, I have a lot of stomach fat. And yeah, MAN BOOBS. Not really big, but bigger than your average male nipple. I'm gonna keep trying to lose weight, but are there any specific exercises I can do every day that would be benefical and help get rid of my mewbs and stomach fat?
