No, you've decided that cunt is a derogatory term but haven't referred at all to the opinions of any women.
I've been talking to some girls and they've told me that they hate the word 'cunt' because it's just a very vulgar word and they don't like the sound of it, but no one i've ever met irl has said anything about it being a derogatory term for women. Jus' sayin'

The essence of my posts if something is derisive then it's offensive. To mock is to offend. The distinction isn't really important to the argument.

Oh I see how it is now, you use the dictionary when it's something you agree with but you don't when it's something you disagree with. You refused to accept the term misogyny as it is defined in the dictinary in another thread, claiming it means more than that now. Well guess what, so does cunt.

Different states can have vastly different cultures and societal norms. Should we be only discussing the opinion of residents of Michigan?
This is the now. We have internet. The western world is growing closer and closer together in terms of culture. Ideas and societal norms are becoming more and more standardised despite vast geological separations.
I think it's good that we discuss err'body.

The title reeks of liberal bias, the outburst isn't misogynistic at all. He was having a dispute with her over her mowing the lawn bothering his autistic son, if she has the free time to do it an hour later or something then she would be a cunt but who the fuck knows. The nature of the insult isn't misogynistic nor is the word itself.

The furthest you can get from misogyny is equality, and until that's achieved there's always going to be problems. Giving women special treatment regarding the things raised in this argument is both patronising and condescending and creates further problems

No, pretending that it isn't possible for women to deride men, but if a man calls a women something related to her gender it's nearly always misogyny. Something like that.
