Hi. Thanks for visiting my thread.

    Pre-thread story

About 6 months ago I weighed 270lbs. Today I weigh 213. I'm 74 inches tall (18yrs). Broad - big build (mesomorph). DEP'd into the USMC on 4/20 (funny eh). That was mostly my reason for weight loss, besides for me wanting to get rid of my self consciousnesses for a girl I liked that now has a boyfriend. Life is great.

    Reason of thread

Now that my weight has gone down significantly I would like to start lifting while also continuing to lose weight. I have come up with this after some research:

    Day Muscle groups worked/activity
Every day (-sunday) 2x 20 min runs, 50-100 push ups, max crunches
    Monday Chest, biceps
    Tuesday Back, triceps
    Wednesday Shoulders, Legs
    Thursday Chest, biceps
    Friday Back, triceps
    Saturday Shoulders
Sunday 40 min endurance run, max pull ups

    Current supplements

    - Protein isolate (after workout)
    - L-Carnitine
    - Multivitamin

Creatine is planned in the future since it adds water weight.

Every muscle group twice a weak at most, but may reduce to once a week if muscles are still recovering. As for legs, they take longer to recover + I'm running which works them also. If you're my height and about 170lbs imagine running with a 40lb+ weight vest. It works your legs pretty good.

yeah, you're right, Floatation is like a marathon runner and runs an absurdly high mileage per week and isn't trying to gain weight because it'll make him worse at marathons
