Colors got a bit fucked when I uploaded -- it lost a lot of vibrancy and yellow + green, I wonder why. My color profile is right and all.
Edited:
I can't figure it out, this one too lost a lot of yellow.

Less cropped because some people liked that better too:

Wow you just keep supplying me with desktop backgrounds man
I doubt your screen is 1000 * X px, hit me up on what you like and I'll give you the full rez ones if you want.
Good job on all of these, again, I can't wait to see more.
Great Photographer! Keep it up Dan!
Todays picture comes with a song:

Wow that rainbow is really cool
so is the image
but the rainbow is so captivating
Todays picture isn't artistic, I just chose it because it's hilarious.
11/31 - Fuck Earth I'm outta here
Hooverdeer.

See what I did with the words there? With the hooves and the hover and the thing

A change of pace! I like it.
Holy shiiiit, I didn't know you took pictures man
These are fucking amazing 10/10
Where's today's picture?
Last one I posted early in the morning yesterday, now it's early in the morning today. 8:53 AM. It'll be on within 11:59 PM today. I've just got a lot to do.
Oh, I see. Different timezones can be confusing
Good luck!

Sorry, I can't produce pictures of quality like the rainbow picture every day, sometimes its hard to find a motive and it just ends up being like todays.
Is that a marmot?
Probably.
It's a lemming, waiting for the train.
being honest, really don't like that one man. a little too drab for my liking and a lack of a defined subject just doesn't appeal to me.
Are you there on holiday alone or what?
I mean, you are out in the fields every day and still seem to have everything with you, even internet.
Fair enough, not a fan myself. Other then exposing it a bit better in editing, the image itself is p. bland, but it's hard to have the same opportunities every day. That day I didn't have a car available because its muffler fell down. Spent a bunch of the day fixing it so I'd even make it back.

I'm visiting a guy in a trailer park. I go out and do stuff most days, and try to squeeze in time for a picture every day. The first week was spent travelling there from Calgary and driving through the rockies. The community around the trailer park is pretty hilarious. All the stereotypes. The only local store is a fireworks and alcohol store, which I think's really funny.
Take a picture!
When me and my friends stopped in some 100 people village in Oregon at the coast to get something to drink from the only store, some guy sitting in front of it with no teeth, a greasy mullet and a wooden leg grabbed his fucking rifle that stood next to him.
We got the fuck out.
Would prob. happen here too. Everyone is suspicious, driving pickups, missing teeth and probably all with methlabs in their garages.
I was starting to wonder where in Norway you took these pictures![]()

All the smoke from the Colorado wildfire causing sunsets to look spectacular.
Accidentally thought this was the Creative Photography thread and I was wondering why all of the pictures were suddenly less filtered and were by only one person
These are all fantastic, though. A man of science and of art, a rare find these days.
16/31 - I'm watchin' over you big boy.

I like today's pic.
ANNOUNCEMENT!
These last 15 days I won't have access to a computer powerful enough to handle 21-megapixel images, and wi-fi will be varying. Money's virtually used up so I'll be camping the rest of the trip. Therefore I'll post the last 15 when I arrive home in Norway the 24th.
I love you mac338
This is incredibly inspiring in every way. You're my hero.
I eagerly await your return. Have fun camping!
I'm at a motel today. I can't edit any pictures, other then removing a couple dust spots that were on my lens, but I'll upload as much as I can today - might just have time for this one though.
I tried stepping up quality so I stepped up efforts. Now with 200% more long-distance trekking.

18/31 - managed to do some noise reduction here without crashing.
I recommend seeing this one big for the details.
how is wiping your lens down 'editing'?
19/31 - 'cause everyone loves powerlines, right?
Edited:
When you walk for long distances through dusty fields it tends to collect up with dust, and when you shoot high aperture all those spots are visible so I have to edit like 30-40 small spots away from each picture.

oh my god, these last two. Jesus man.
Edited:
but I would almost prefer to have that wheel in the second image to be a little less cropped, maybe
Didn't take it uncropped, I thought and still think it's better like that. But our opinions obviously differ slightly, on more photographs than just that one.

Hooray you're taking pictures again!
