Since phones are dumb, what I'm trying to say is that caitlyn has a great design that is let down by simply not being able to do anything, and no matter how much you buff cait's ult, unless it somehow becomes a global, no CD instakill that cannot be blocked, she simply will not be good.

Oh, this shit don't fly. Nerfing Janna's zephyr is most uncool. It's, like, how she does all the shit she does. And increasing its cooldown by four seconds! That is just insanity! These changes pretty much eliminate her most useful utilities as useful utilities. I am ultra peeved about this.
