Melodyn can be used to modify your own voice to sound like her as long as you can get the basic feel of how she sounds.

There's also a few text to speech programs that can get an OK GLaDOS voice, but it would sound more like the Portal 1 GLaDOS.

I think the bear one is dumb because of the constant FOV changes and animation. I just didn't like it, why should I explain it to you, not even the video creator?
And as for your video I think timing and spacing are horribly wrong there.
