I just clicked on page 58, and after reading a while I had a Déjá Vu experience. It was like everyone had already said those things.
Then I saw Facepunch was fucking me and it was still page 57. Fuck.
Well anyways, I saw this video:
I tried it, and even though I fucked up in the jungle (bought too many clarities, accidentally stacked a camp when I was level 2 which slowed me down a lot, wasted a salve on roshan when he canceled it after a couple of seconds) I still managed to solo roshan. 2 level advantage over everyone, Boo yah!
And then the enemy Mirana, who is chased by our creeps, walks by with 200 hp.
3 level advantage, boo yah!

I ended up randoming spectre (my main) and the enemy couldn't calculate themselves out of there fast enough.

Tried to use this in a pub. Our Lina blocked me (stood there where the tree was) and Huskar got a double kill which helped him to snowball our ass.Here's a little tip that nobody uses.
Dire* bot laners usually can't get to shop if they are being harassed too much. This can help you.

On the other hand, I tried that and it helped me go around the enemy (they warded the left path) and get first blood.

I used to run this on a 2004 computer and I never failed to join a match, I think the fault is from their internet service rather than their PCs because I doubt there is someone trying to run DOTA 2 in something shittier than a 2004 PC lol
That reminds me of how shitty is to see this thread, see all the new heroes added, and I'm still without a PC, I'm glad I got a job now, its just a matter of saving moneys now.

SO I just had a game As Phantom assassin, I was laning with enigma and he took ALL the last hits. He wasn't autoattacking, he was taking all the last hits and yet somehow pushing.
Bounty hunter on bottom lane kidnly offered to swap, so we did and I ended up with disruptor.
He used his Field and glimple to help me tower-dive their tidehunter twice I ended going 19 2 14
I died to riki once and said "I think I just accidentally riki" because that catapulted him from level 14 to 17.
Their juggernaut, who by the end of the game had 0-13-4, Claimed "Our Riki is much better than you!"
Not one of them thought to buy blademail.

And then Zeus ults 30 seconds later when the entire enemy team has full health and Lina is back at base.

I remember a 5man team cut that tree down and rushed around there to gank bot lane.

Just saw two friends as skeleking and ursa take on roshan at level one with skeleking's lifesteal. Never thought about that.

It's actually a pretty common combo.
The only problem is SK will naturally push the lane with his aura. But it's not as much of an issue if the SK is relatively skilled, and he gets an EXP boost by aiding Rosh early game.

It's also incredibly obvious, as soon as you see someone pick those 2 heroes, your team should just assemble around Roshan, place an early ward and let them go in for a little while so they use consumables and then clean up for easy first blood.

Also bots reaction times are fucking godlike. I saw kunka in the back of the pack when i was riki and went to gank him really quick. As soon as i did smoke and the strike, the rest of the bots turned around instantly and nuked the living fuck out of me.

Wisp Ursa is a better combo, just buy a couple salves and let wisp tether and heal so ursa doesn't get interrupted and his stacks time out

Every time I play shadow shaman, I do really well and still lose. Why is this?

Could be either your teammates, or because you're playing a more primary role than your team's carry.
A support can do a great job and still have lousy carries

Holy shit. I had a Pugna that used Decrepify on the enemy Siren, helping her get away, and making our Clinkz ragequit. Then I complained to the Pugna about it on the all-chat, because I felt that everyone needed to know that, and surprise: the Siren defended the Pugna's actions. (and the Pugna called me autistic) And not long after, the Pugna quit, not long after I said that I'm sorry about earlier. (not sure why, he should had been the one to apologize to me and the Clinkz)
Must be my shittiest match ever. In any game. I really fucking need some competent people to play with.

Generally if I pick shadow shaman it's to go solo mid, and it seems to go well for the first part of the game, getting ganks/kills/runes and occasionally towers if my team pushes it after a gank. However, it always seems that after the start of the game, the enemy team just destroys my team every fight. Should I be playing as a lane support when I go shadow shaman, or doing something else differently? I usually get phase, bottle and force staff, then depends on team (things like mek or shivas), so are my items bad?

Played a game as Lina. I really enjoyed it.

Try Lion, he's sort of like Lina but more disable-based and still has an insane ulti. He can't carry as well but he retains a lot of usefulness late-game.
