Well, how are we supposed to know? The story's only just started, and we have but the vaguest idea of what it's gonna be, AKA, hunt Zeph.

The building looks shockingly modern compared to the usual fantasy-type building style I was thinking of.

Anyways, get a good view of the Sea and beach (inb4 Diago adds Pervy vibes to this suggestion)

Someone has decided to volunteer to draw the next update. It also just so happens that the art block is gone and I drew K masturbating instead of the update as the volunteer needs a chance at making it by himself/herself. Of course, if the volunteer decides not to be a volunteer any more or doesn't meet my approval, I will make the update myself.

I'll post K masturbating once I get back on my laptop.

    The update MIGHT come tomorrow.

Once again, sorry for the delays.

    Two options:-
    1) Continue the story as normal. Might be harder to do.
    2) Drop Mabel in a dream with recollection of most commands here. Would be easier and faster. Your commands will be displayed as sketches.

Nx:- ...How do I eat this?
MP:- You kind kind of... err...
    SR:- Bite or lick.
Nx:- Oh. By the way, Thank you Mabel.
MP:- No need to thank me. Ice cream is pretty cheap.
Nx:- No, I mean for showing me around this place.
MP:- Oh. Well of course, this is going to be your home for a while.
You have brought Nyx around the entire campus so she can familiarize herself with the place while you do lessons and no one is there to watch her. Or, at least someone that understands her situation trustingly.

As you walk back to your dorm, you see someone standing in front of the doors.

She doesn't look as old as all the other students. It's not something out of the norm, but you can't help but feel like she's out of place.

You and Sylvia opt to ignore her, but Nyx catches the both of you by surprise.

Nx:- Hello, do you need help?
    ??:- W-what? No! No...
Nx:- But you look kind of confused?
    ??:- I-I'm not confused!
Better do something before Nyx humiliates herself.

Also, I think the reason why There are Modern-type stuff in the Fantasy world is because of Mages being hired to power the "Orb" Batteries. (yes, apparently Electricity wasnt discovered yet but still, its a possiblity that they found a alternative to power these machines).

No. As far as modernism goes, mages were used for fast construction of buildings, thus the modern look. There are no batteries or electricity. Nothing to power something as simple as a flashlight. It's something else entirely.

    Focularity

Electricity does not exist. Mages cannot be batteries because the moment they need sleep, all power goes out. They can't make generators or batteries as they would have to sacrifice there own energy, making them weak until they take it back which is the problem explained earlier. Airships are made with crystals that flow and bend the air around them and keep their own powers to themselves, which a mage can reclaim upon landing. Making electricity would drain them dead as the electricity gets permanently used up. Instead, the force that powers streetlights and fans is called focularity. It is a strange kind of energy, moving like lighting, but never striking flesh. Instead, it reacts to the metals around it. It has three effects when coming into contact with various metals; Pulling, pushing, or flowing. Much like a magnet that takes the form of lightning instead.

Focularity comes from focularity points inside the ground, almost always in a spherical shape. They are usually found through checking for soft ground or rigorous amounts of digging. The bigger it is, the more flow wiring that can be attached to it, usually tipped with a pull metal. On flow wiring, a light is created depending on how big the wiring is. This usually means that flow wiring is kept underground so that the light doesn't annoy someone's sleep. That is how lamps and ceiling lights are made. They are safe to touch, unlike an electric powered light.

Using a combination of flowing, pushing, and pulling, more intricate devices can be made such as ceiling fans, elevators, and water pumps, which automatically pump as they move with corresponding metals.

Focularity can never be apart from a point, thus there are no portable lights or fans made with focularity.

Focularity points are usually controlled by the kingdoms and the use of focularity must be approved by the appropriate officials.

The little girl is clearly annoyed by Nyx. Maybe if it was you instead of Nyx, things could go smoother. Nyx is pretty na´ve after all, no telling what else she could do. Meanwhile, Sylvia has magically disappeared into the building, probably not noticing what you're doing.

MP:- Excuse me. Sorry about my friend here. She isn't very...
??:- Oh, well sorry for being kind of rude... wait.
    MP:- What?
??:- Do we know each other from somewhere?
MP:- I don't think so. How old are you?
??:- I'm fifteen. My name's Aerith by the way. How about you?
MP:- I'm Mabel. This is my friend Nyx. Were you having trouble with something earlier?
    Ae:- ...
She suddenly pauses and ponders a little bit. She soon looks back at you and continues talking.

    Ae:- No, not really.
Nx:- But you were confused about something.
Ae:- Not anymore... well, I did forget where the exit to this whole place is... my memory isn't very good.
MP:- Understandable. Follow the path towards the fountain and look for a sign that points you towards the Grand Hall. From there, follow the signs that show you where the exit is.
Ae:- Thank you Mabel. I'll be on my way then. Bye~.
    MP:- Bye.
As she speeds off to the fountain, Nyx keeps her eyes on Aerith. You try to drag her into the building, but she won't move.

MP:- C'mon Nyx, it's time to go.
Nx:- S-- is ------ wi-- ----et.
MP:- I'm sorry, didn't quite catch that.
Nx:- She is filled with regret...
    MP:- Who? You mean Aerith?
    Nx:- Lets go inside now.
You're aware that Nyx is kind of "irregular", but what she said still caught you off guard.

You both head back to your dorm. Inside, Sylvia is rushing to finish her work.

MP:- Trying to finish at the last minute?
SR:- It's not the last minute! I have plenty of time.
    MP:- Yeah, sure you do.
Nyx doesn't join the conversation and just sits down on Sylvia's bed, looking somewhat worried. Before you can ask her what's wrong, she closes her eyes and falls on Sylvia's bed.

SR:- Whaaat? Where am I going to sleep then?
MP:- You can sleep on the floor right?
SR:- Only if you give me your pillow.
MP:- But Nyx isn't using your pillow.
    SR:- Oh.
There's still quite some time to do things. It's 6pm and the most optimal time to sleep so you won't be late for lessons is 9pm. You have no work, unlike Sylvia. You've already finished yours.

    >What do you want to do before sleeping? You've got novels and snacks. Maybe you should also try to help Sylvia?

Try using sprites for a few pannels, see if people like it.
