I do when playing TF2, but not if I'm playing Dota 2 or other games. If I'm using mic, playing w/ friends, or someone on the server is using mic, then I will turn off my music though.

I almost always listen to music when I play; Dethklok, Alestorm, Judas Priest, GWAR, Black Label Society, Twisted Sister, Megadeth, Motorhead, Slayer, and Halford are just some of the bands I listen to regularly when I play.

I don't, not in games where being able to hear a slight sound could completely change the outcome of a fight. In MMOs when I'm not PvPing, yeah, but never in shooters.

RUGC servers where I usually play have a radio plugin (HQ music, not micspam). Their tastes are colorful, but mostly 80's and 90's pop legends or indie, rarely game soundtracks or meme songs.
