What the fuck man. Fucking awful
This is really bad. That was the exact movie theater I used to go to when I lived there and everyone I knew would have been there too.
Found this.
The picture is a reply from 9news giving him the phone number after he said he lived on the same block as the apartment that was evacuated.
I'll keep everyone posted if that AR post was removed due to BS.
Apparently the theater was a gun-free zone.
That's a terrible joke.
Fucking hell. This is precisely why I don't go to the Aurora Mall. I stopped going back in I think 2006 or so when there was a shoot out at the fucking EB Games just before Christmas.
explosives were found at the gunmans house incase you were wondering
source?
It's been reported that a child aged 3 months is amongst those being treated at University Hospital
I hate waking up to stuff like this :(
There has also been chemical injuries as well from what the hospital is reporting.
-snip, late video-
Anyways, still, this is fucked. I can't even imagine sitting next to someone I might love, be related to, or have shared a childhood with and suddenly, they're dead, fucking shot up and bleeding all over. Fuck I want to head to sleep but this is starting to haunt me.
This is bloody awful for the families and children who went to see it.
It's also creepy that I used to live within walking distance of that particular theater and even went there to see a few films.
This is fucking unbelievable, just some folks watching a movie on a Friday night next thing you know a psychopath shooting rounds at you.
Here's why the AskReddit mods removed that post
Still have a case of possible BS on our hands. I PMed the OP of that post for her last chance at proving herself legit.
edit: it got put back up again
they found the suspects apartment that might have a bomb in it its here on the livestream

The youngest victim was a three month old baby, fucking hell. Such a young life gone thanks to this dick.
Atleast the poor child didn't know what was going on.
Christ this is awful to hear, I just couldn't imagine what it would be like as one of those people.
Who takes a 3 month old baby to a midnight showing of TDK?
Just saying
I saw it today, its about 3 hours long and not exactly child friendly.
Telegraph saying it's a curse

still, it's a young soul that never got to live
15 dead, 50 injured
maybe they didn't have any babysitters or something, who knows. Still a baby dead

I'm very surprised this guy didn't take the easy way out by shooting himself - voiding him from trouble
Local bus service is telling the cops to get out of their parking lot. :-/
Probably had a reasonably quiet baby. At that age I'd say it still slept a lot, and soundly at that. It's honestly pretty normal for that to happen, especially with younger parents who still want to get out. I pray that neither of them were injured, and that the baby isn't critically injured.
The baby is dead.
Well fuck :(
Shotgun, rife, pistol and smoke grenade was used.
Nobody knows what type it was, those details will be released later
This is seriously fucked up.
why would anyone do this?
The news coverage of this is disgusting. They are asking teenage girls on live TV who were at ground zero questions that should be reserved for a crisis counselor.
What the fuck is The Telegraph doing with that curse story? People get shot while watching a film, and they blame the supernatural?
What shoddy and thoughtless journalism!
That's why they're at the school, media just wants to know what's going on so more information gets out.

who knows, I want to know there motive, I don't see the motive, it's stupid.
May I point out how morally objectionable it is to intrude on someone so carelessly after such a traumatic incident?
The news should be able to wait. It shouldn't take precedent to berate people who clearly are still in shock for trivial information that has no true value. Asking graphic questions about what was happening in the theater, and attempting to lead to whether or not the girls had seen children get shot is absolutely despicable and is treating a massacre like the latest summer blockbuster, in my opinion.
CNN reporting he had an AK-47 shotgun

Look I'm sure they asked the people beforehand "may we interview you, we will ask some questions that are out of your comfort zones"
sometimes people like speaking their mind straight away, I don't think they forced them too.
