It's available in the health/bodywash section of walmarts around the world.

It's toxic as hell. You have to be retarded to drink it.    people do anyways

Just look for Isopropyl alcohol and you'll be good. 91% or higher is recommended but if you do get 70% be sure to let it dry for about 20 minutes and do NOT get any on the motherboard, take the CPU out and stick it on something anti static.

I couldn't find it anywhere, and 90% of the ppl didn't know what it was. Luckily dad had some on the job. So.. my PC uses several attempts to start after installing it. Is that normal? I needed to "configuration it" or something when I first started the PC, so I entered BIOS, and looked for something. Found a OC button which said it will overclock the PC automatically, pressed it and it rebooted. I'm up and running, but don't know if the OC works....

Also, the PC doesn't get any cooler...

They usually sell it at pharmacies. I suggest to use 90% or higher, because water molecules can get trapped in the microscopic pits of the heat spreader, which makes the heat transfer less efficient.

Arctic Silver also makes a really nice thermal paste remover which you can buy from Newegg next time.
