Im gana ask since im sure the gunslinger is equipped by body-group changing (probably wrong, because facepunch hates everyone who isnt right)
Would it be possible to have the engineer glove permanently replaced by the gunslinger AND still have the short circuit not dead?
I expect a few things to happen.
1) Im gana get yelled at, told to get out, so on and so forth.
2) Im gana get a strait answer.
3) Im gana get yelled at and they are gana give me a link to someone whos already done this.
I prepare myself for the hate im going to recieve.

I don't quite understand what you're saying..
are you asking if it would be possible to have the Gunslinger on your first person model via a skin without actually having it equipped? that's probably possible. not too sure though, try asking in the emporium.

Ill be honest, I hate Facepunch.
No one probably cares, but its the easiest way to get an answer without waiting 2 weeks.

^Was found in Emporium 23 so it's fairly old... I'm not entirely sure if it still works properly.

As suggested before, asking the TF2 Emporium about it might help. Someone might even direct you to some tutorials on how to even make that possible. If it is possible.

See, what im wondering is if there would be a simple replacement because there i'm sure there is an existing body group on the model that has the gunslinger and you could possibly just change that to the gunslinger.

Noone yelled at you. DatHarry was quite polite actually, and tried to help you as much as he could. Stop pretending you're a victim.
Just a tip, if you openly state that you hate the Facepunch community, don't expect the people around here to love you back. New users usually get the right answers and are actually helped if they're nice and friendly to begin with.
This is what your posts sound like:
"Hey guys I hate you all and I think you're horrible, but I need some help with something. I know you won't help me, so fuck you."
Now I hope the fine chaps at the Emporium come up with a solution to your request, because no community needs users with your attitude.

This forum has rules, and there's a thread for everything. It's usual for new users to apologize when they make misplaced threads or posts in the wrong section, the other people appreciate that and it's how it should be.
I don't even consider myself a "facepuncher", I lurk most of the time, but people with your cocky attitude just piss me off. I'm going back to lurking, and I hope you learn how to behave in a community eventually.

If you're not going to behave here don't expect us to be nice to you and help you, be nice to us when asking a question and use decent grammar and spelling, otherwise the community won't help you.
And at the moment, it looks like only one person in this thread is asking for this.

Anyway OP just check around on modding sites or goooogle for things like permanent gunslinger or gunslinger world model.
I know one exists somewhere, just look around for it.

I notice this has fallen victim to something I like to call the "Failed Thread Cycle."
It starts off with an individual who makes an innocent thread asking an innocent question. Granted, his grammar skills are sub-par and some of the things he says may or may not be considered an annoyance. Despite this, the individual continues on and makes the thread, in hopes of stumbling upon a generally nice user who can provide an answer.
The next part starts, where dozens of users enter the thread, and instead of answering the individual's question, they begin pointing out spelling mistakes, grammar issues, poor choice of words, and slinging around logic as if they have a better grasp of it. The question remains unanswered.
Stage three happens, where the OP, who was just asking a simple question and behaving relatively well beforehand, becomes miffed at all the people who would rather take the time to insult and criticize him rather than answer his question. Insults get slung back forth. The question remains unanswered.
Stage Four, which hasn't happened yet, can go one of two ways. One: a polite user will come here, ignore the OP's flawed grammar, and simply answer his question, allowing the thread to be closed and allowing the OP to move along and be banned at a later date provided he doesn't clean his act up.
OR
Two: Nobody answers the OP's question, a flame war breaks out, and a moderator comes in, bans the OP, potentially others alongside him, and closes the thread. The question remains unanswered.
So? At the end of the day, will the OP's question be answered or remain unanswered? Who knows.

Yes, it is possible.
If ur looking for a world model, this is what u need:
Since Engie has 3 bodygroups for his glove arm: glove, Gunslinger and "no arm", u would need to edit the Engineer glove model bodygroup and replace the glove arm by the Gunslinger without touching any of the other 2 hand bodygroups.
This will allow u to use it with wrenches and still have the gunslinger working normally along with the "no arm" for the Short Circuit. It'sa quiet an easy edit, maybe not even need to rig, just a decompile/compile process.
For the view model:
Since the Engineer updadte, Engie now uses c_model animations for all weapons.
The c_model arm has also 3 bodygroups for the glove, making it possible to change from glove to Gunslinger and for "no arm" to use the short circuit.
The same would be needed, substitute the glove arm for the Gunslinger model.
Sometimes, c_models get errors when decompiled and eddited. If u get someone that knows what is he/she doing, u will get it done quick.
I think there's a c_model already avaliable on gamebanana (http://gamebanana.com/) for a permanent Gunslinger. But I'm not sure about a word model of the Engineer having the perma gunslinger too.
Hope u find someone to help u with this model hex-change.
Try the TF2 Emporium thread. Sometimes people are glad to help with simple mods like this.
