the demotion time has been increased to like 6 minutes so if a new person hasn't taken their slot within 6 minutes it's useless to demote in the first place
admins enforcing shit like job abuse just takes too much time and is too difficult to manage, it's best to leave stuff like that up to the players

Seems fun, and it's running one of my favorite maps of all time it seems. Does the server have wire? I can see why it wouldn't considering it's easy to abuse to hell and back, but adv. duplicator and the button and etc. would be useful. Even if not I'll still try to get on eventually.

With this update it brings up out of Test Phase, what does it mean? Well:
- Server downtime will have a set time
- The server is now good enough to run without regular bug fixes throughout the day
[ADDED] Weight Tool
[ADDED] Door Tool
[ADDED] Easy Precision Tool
[ADDED] Vendor - Can buy Keypad Crackers, Lockpicks, Healthpacks and Unarrest Sticks.
[ADDED] Taser - Usable by CP, uses renamed shotgun ammo. People who abuse this WILL be demoted.
[ADDED] Scout
[ADDED] USP (Now default CP pistol)
[ADDED] Respected class
- Can use votekick and voteban
- Can spawn Jeeps and Airboats
- How do I become respected?
- Apply by PMing me, you must meet the following requirements.
- Average 2 hours per day play time
- No bans in the past 28 days
- You must be a member of the steam group
[ADDED] Arms Dealers and the Mayor can now purchase guns individually. These cost 25% of the price of a shipment which prevents these from becoming too commonplace.
[FIXED] Arms Dealer now has 2 slots to make room for the Vendor, which also has 2 slots. Arms dealers can also no longer purchase lockpicks and keypad crackers.
[FIXED] MOTD updated to reflect the rules.
[FIXED] rp_cscdesert_v2-1_propfix is now the default map. That does not mean it can't be changed, but if the server crashes and no admin is around, it will revert to that map.
[FIXED] /buyhealth removed, health packs replace this

I don't know what to do guys. It's all very well having a map rotation so people can all play the maps that they like, but it's not good doing this if there's about 8 people average online.
We need a static map, and I don't know whether to do a vote or just put there. Last time you guys said you wanted Oviscity, I put it on, and people were complaining about it 40 minutes later.

Solution: remove the automatic map rotation and let us use votemap. That way we will always play the map people want to play.

Can anyone name a successful RP community that changes maps multiple times per day? I can't.

I dunno, frequent map changes prevent people from getting bored. Maybe add a time limit, like you can only use votemap every 2 hours or something.
