Yeah it's based loosely on the Luna Ghost because I like the smile, it breaths fire and I like Scooby Doo, but it's different enough to avoid any copyright I think
That laugh the skull kid does in MM goes perfectly with this.
The backpack shows up as a missing texture (only during gameplay) and the medi-beam (and patient marker) don't show up (tested with the Quick-Fix, neither error affected the Medi-Gun)

Working on a new redesign for the Sound Barrier Breaker. It is part of the Speed and Electicity pack Quinn and I are working on together.

Actually I parented the backpack bone to the end of the hose (which however is just hanging freely at the moment). I'm pretty sure the ignition jiggles are doing this just because I haven't yet made any qc tweaking to them.
I was wondering if it would be paintable because I was curious about how it would look in colors like ye olde rustic, air of debonair, cream spirit and operator's overrals... Then I remembered the existence of Lime, Pink, Extraordinary abundance of tinge and A lack of Hue... and realized why I probably DO NOT want something like this to be paintable, ever, please.
If he doesn't, it runs the risk of the TF team making it paintable themselves.
I would rather the creator do that than the TF team, given their track record of making things paintable.
