Seven minutes of mediocre kills to nice music with a border effect.
You've got almost 3000 posts, surely you know better.

That said, I actually enjoyed the music. Reason I got so far into watching it.
That and it avoided all the typical frag video mistakes. It wasn't terrible, per se, but I certainly wasn't thrilled watching it.

I guess for a show of editing it's pretty good although all of the clips are staged. would be way more impressive if it was done in actual games

Most of the transitions were really damn obvious.

I mean, most of 'em were just scoping in against a generic wall and walking one direction.

I can't really decipher the first half of your post. If you're taking a jab at me saying "lol of course they were transitions," then no fucking shit. If I'm going to sit down and watch a nearly 10 minute video of transitions in Call of Duty, they'd better be damn entertaining and unexpected.

Video had a nice idea, to bad I don't know COD maps to point where I could see every "transition" he made.

The song is "Blackmill - Don't Let Me Down (feat. Cat Martin)" in case anyone was wondering.

Meh, would have been better if the "stare closely at wall or object through ironsights" transition didn't take up 80% of the video.

No I meant that never saw any transitions and by your post I felt dumb for not noticing any since you said they were that obvious!

"Pro Tomahawks" lol i doubt it.

And yeah the "stare at wall for no reason, suddenly transition" got really annoying.

it was okay, mostly because all the players are your clan members, and because of the repetitive transitions.

OP you should edit your post to link to the author of the video's upload.

The channel you're linking to now re-hosts.

Could have had some better transitions, you missed the obvious one of climbing a ledge (which would have actually given you an excuse to stare at a wall)

I did something similar, where I spent a long time setting up the transitions. Nearly every explosion is moving to another clip. Originally, these videos were simply BF3 at 60fps but turned into something different. Some places I simply couldn't think up a transition, so sometimes it's a fade. This one is all Medic class and on 64 person metro as I was requested to do that.

That was pretty cool but I thought it should have been paced a bit better. The looking at the wall transitions would have been less obvious if more action happened. Rated Artistic

It probably would have been better even if it was just shorter, because most of the transitions were the same.

I find that hard to believe. Seagates can't pull that speed.

These are 64mb ddr3 cache drives with single 1TB platters. 7200.14's. Very high density. I can bench them if you'd like. I normally go by Dxtory's file benchmark option and it's between 280 and 340 usually, but it may be averaging the burst writes into it as well.

Either way, high speed 1080p capture is a breeze on it.

12TB in raw space, but 6TB because it's a mirrored pair. I edit video for a job and also run my youtube channel and go through HD space like water.

I filled up 4.5TB within a week of getting it, but I was on a recording binge.

It should have been a little faster. You couldn't seem to hide some of the scripted parts of the video - you killed the same guy in almost every shot. Still, I know the kills were meant to be artistic instead of 'real', so yes, I enjoyed your video. Keep up the good work.

there should have been more running through smoke transitions
even some transitions where you change gun smoothly that would have been sweet

but then, it would have to be VERY heavy on being scripted.

really a kick in the balls considering how I like recording gameplay videos.
