Jettas are nice. In 2007 I was in a car crash where a Jetta was speeding at an intersection slick with rain in Boston and it slid and collided with our Chevrolet Tahoe. The front part of the Jetta was smunched and I don't remember what the front of our car looked like. We don't have that car anymore. (Honda Pilot ftw)

Best thing about it is they can get 45-55mpg, and they are super practical/cheap cars to maintain with simple parts, and a spacious hatchback

Shame they stopped making them in '91. As such it's almost impossible to find one that isn't rusted over, doesn't have some kind of major mechanical issue, or hasn't been riced up (this car is seriously popular with ricers because of the "sports car" look and it being super easy to mod).

The only real downside to it is that they aren't the safest things on the planet because of how light it is and how basic the safety features are.

But if I could have any car in perfect condition, it would be a CRX. Would be the best if Honda decided to remake this line with the same fuel efficiency and easy-to-maintain "simple parts" nature the old ones had.

those are pretty common in the US from what I've heard, I've never seen an equivalent thing here in the UK though

Nice E type Jag, British Racing Green is a gentleman's colour, probably with a cream leather interior. A vintage Porsche would go down nicely if I was feeling a bit more rakish.
