The price of 8.5 million relates to 4,750,000 crowns the building, 3.5 million renovation expenses and SEK 250 000 compensation for various upscale furniture and fixtures.
The property is something as unusual as a newly Swedish mansion for use as a private residence. The main building has 300 square meters of living space.
"Welcome to this extraordinary and well-kept villa with generous space," the broker in his now taken down property advertisement. Of this notice is also clear that the property, said to be designed for "big family", is equipped with "a wonderful kitchen with a wood stove and kitchen island", a "lovely terrace overlooking the lush garden" and a "separate apartment of about 218 sqm with newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. "
Even the upscale French garden impresses. The property offers a plot area of 6000 square ratmeter where beautiful and tidy plants and trees superseded by cobbled paths, flowerbeds, a paved patio and a different, additional patio with marble tiles.
Spa and marble floors
The house has two floors and the basement. On the first floor is an upscale lounge with beautiful parquet and a large dressing room with tiled floors coated. The broker writes how the bedroom is large and spacious with tile floors, plenty of closets and a nice bay windows that provide good natural light. "From the bedroom reached a corridor / office that leads to a room that has been prepared for the spa," adds the broker. "Furthermore reached even the airy finentrén coated with marble floors and takes us to the top floor."
According Laholms newspaper, there was complete agreement among the established parties to buy into lyxbostaden and turn it into housing for illegal immigrants. Only Sweden Democrats reservation.
Housing shortages in the municipality
While the municipality is investing big money on luxury homes to illegal immigrants, the Swedish youth left without homes. Commune think nevertheless that there are too many apartments in the housing company and decided in October last year under new EU rules to even raise rents.
- Where do young people in Laholm stay, asked several speakers at a meeting report Skånskan.
- Of course I search apartment but this is nothing, my brother had to move to Halmstad to get home, says another.
There is a shortage of housing in all parts of Laholm, under Home & Rent.
Tax-financed licenses to immigrants
Laholms politicians received much attention in February last year when Free Times wrote about how the municipality offered tax-subsidized licenses to newly arrived immigrants. After free Tiders article began a rebellion online and Laholm became angry Swedes received call after call from across the country who expressed his disgust with how politicians used their tax money. On the social networking site Facebook launched a protest group called "No free license, and any other special rights for immigrants" where today almost 40 000 Swedes agreed.
Among the immigrants was betting very popular.
- It is absolutely amazing, 'said a cheerful Mohammed Fattah, when he had just gotten his license paid by the Swedish taxpayers.
The municipality received priority
Upon purchasing the property in Little Tjärby were a number of other stakeholders who also wanted to buy the exclusive property. But when the municipality put its bid to broker have chosen to close the deal early, and completely run over the non-taxpayer-funded stakeholders. An entrepreneur has now turned to the Sweden Democrats in Laholm and said to have been deceived by both the municipality and the broker that made it impossible for other than the municipality within a reasonable time give counteroffer.
"He entrepreneurs who contacted us told us that when the municipality had submitted its bid, as did the other only 20 minutes in which to make a counteroffer. There is never any opportunity to do so in circumstances in which ordinary people, banks, etc. to consider, "writes Gejbert Strömdahl (SD) in the local wholesale department's website.
The municipality's conduct shows that it has been unusually eager to make the transaction. Maybe because they see it as an integration political success that it now manages kulturberika a previously all-Swedish upper middle class area.
"Just over a kilometer north of Laholm is Little Tjärby is a child-friendly small villa community," writes the broker in its ad continues: "The peaceful society can be seen as a suburb Laholm". Whether the "quiet" and "child-friendly" would be an accurate description of the Little Tjärby in the future remains to be seen. That area will be "perceived as a suburb" it would probably be no more doubt.
Mayor Thomas Jonsson has not been possible to reach for comment.
