One of the squadmate is hit in the leg. He grasps the injured area a nanites attempt to repair it and expel the bullet. meanwhile, one of the soldiers turns around and unleashes several EMP rounds.

EMP rounds are designed to take out mechanical enemies by shutting down their internal system. Where as bullets may be ineffective, an EMP can deactivate tank-sized robotic units, but lacks the charge for larger enemies. Smaller enemies are permanently disabled, while large vehicles are made temporarily inactive.

Meanwhile, the tank round continues towards the camp.

Apparently my parents think we are still fucking 2 years of or something so we have to "share" because, in my mothers words, "It's kind of dickish to buy the computer and hog it when your brother wants to play" Yeah, no. If he wasn't so stupid at handling his money he could have a better one right now. After all, he actually has a fucking job, I didn't.

did you ever think maybe my drop pods dont land exactly where i want them to, and that maybe a seperated 3 man team of marines won't hold up against those TPN bastaaards?

The Federation of Unionized Free Countries or the FUFC B-15A attack helicopter was heard before it was spotted, but it quickly made its descent before anyone could point a weapon at it. The Federation was called universe police at the best of times, and baby killers at the worst. Formerly the most powerful military power in the known universe, they are only a shadow of their former selves after decades of failed campaigns and economic strangulation, but they are still a force to be reckoned with however and like to beat their chest and try to save the day with brute force constantly.

The descent can only mean one thing, more feds are coming.

The Federation was in a brutal war with the Arcturians many moons ago, and although the other side has mostly forgotten it, the Feds still despised their kind and preferred to shoot first and ask questions later. In retrospect, they have shown some relative friendliness to the Coalition, the two being former allies and having still kept similar views after the breakdown of diplomatic relations.

"THIS IS THE FEDERATION OF UNIONIZED FREE COUNTRIES, YOU WILL SURRENDER THE NUCLEAR WEAPON IMMEDIATELY ARCTURIAN SCUM, OR FACE IMMEDIATE DEATH. RELEASE YOUR PRISONERS NOW." The pilot waited a moment before continuing, "THE FULL MIGHT OF THE FEDERATION FLEET IS INBOUND TO ANNIHILATE YOU, YOU HAVE UNTIL THREE TO SURRENDER."

The creature digs a hole deep enough to reach another layer of earth. The sand, however, decides to cave in and destroy the tunnel, leaving the creature trapped. In other news, the clay knight was spared assimilation, and has become apart of the infested. He is the first of the "given".

You may notice, the creature is doing something.
