I have a BDU cover, I just didn't want to use it.
It's 'OD' Krylon which is literally Ranger Green paint. I don't it looks bad at all.
Trying on a SPC and carrying a M240B at Fleet Week 2012 in San Francisco. I'll post more pics in the military thread later.
obligatory asian tourists completely out of place in military vest
It's a bunch NK spies dressed as tourists with the intention of learning more about our military technology.
I honestly think it's just lighting; OD helmet on M81 should look fine
Do you have a "Bling" loadout yet Codemoney?
relevant to thread title
nice pictures of fields
is his loadout grass?????
Why are there large moon rocks in those fields?
doesn't post any pics of environments where it works
waiting for the inevitable (and wrong) "that's because it doesn't work anywhere" post
Well, it works in deserty environments, but UCP was supposed to be universal. It isn't really very universal, and thats why its being phased out for Multicam
multicam isn't really any more universal than ucp is
universal is really just a huge misnomer lol, should be "rocky cliff face camo"
UCP does work really well in most environments when it's salty as fuck though
CAMO ARGUMENT AND I'M NOT HERE
ucp wasn't designed to work- the fact it works anywhere is actually surprising considering how it was made
i think compared to environment specific camouflages, multicam scored at about 70% effective in woodland, transitional terrains like high desert or afghanistan, and desert.
the under-the-table reasoning behind UCP was to hide troops from recon satellites. seriously, it was.
OH I LIED
THEY ACTUALLY USED THE WORST PATTERNS COLORS HAHA
in the end its a classic demonstration of retards in charge that ends up costing money and lives.
lots of lives.
No matter how bad a camo may be, it will never be as bad as "Real Tree"
So it entirely relies on being bright as fuck out side?
